That's not to say there is not massive oil reserves there or in other places around the world that have not yet been explored for oil reserves.
I think Russia and China should both go in and start pumping oil for their countries. As much as they can. India and Africa can also benefit. Europe and US will never agree with Russia and China, but Trump will support drilling there. Antarctica treaty they can remove themselves from that. No one owns Antarctica.

ALL treaties can be broken. Russia and China will do what they want, treaties are never enforceable on nations who break them. The other parties could go to war and then they win the war, might produce another treaty. For example say Russia and China start drilling and taking oil from Antarctica, would you want to go to war with them over climate change nonsense caused by burning oil?
