I does look like toast but toast is grilled - or in a toaster which I don't have - and fried bread is just that, shallow fried in a frying pan. That is what we in the US call toast ...at least it looks like toast. :)

This is not a debate thread. We live by every word of scripture, not just select verses in Genesis to make a doctrine of. God gave us meat to eat and Jesus also ate meat. Don't do loke the satanjc elites who are commanding people to abstain from eating meat.
My OP explains the intention of the thread, as I mentioned that there is an effort to demonize the eating of meats, and scripture says that one of the last days doctrines of demons is commanding to abstain from meats which God has created for us to receive with thanksgiving. There is no confusion if one actually READS the OP.I think I understand your frustration here. Forgive me if I assume too much. But your OP is fairly contentious and the thread title leaves the impression that discussion about treatment of chronic degenerative disease with diet of any kind is fair play.
With that in mind, the word βρωμάτων (brōmatōn) in 1 Timothy 4:3 means food of any kind—not just flesh food.
Also, vastly large segments of the global population maintain good health with little or no access to flesh food.

I have always taken this verse to mean that God will always take care of us and give us sustenance. We have the means to get food for the body because He provides the means. But we choose what to put into the body. If we chose sugary carbs 24/7, we will pay for it with our health. See what I'm saying?Matthew 6:25-34
Do Not Worry
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
I take this verse literally and I don't worry about what I eat.
I do eat some meat but just a bit now and then. It's not a planned thing it's just that I can't afford much meat as the prices are so high.I have always taken this verse to mean that God will always take care of us and give us sustenance. I have noticed more muscle endurance and strength since changing my diet to be mostly carnivore. And that js without exercise. I try doing more physical exercise, but due to so many trauma injuries, it causes severe flare-ups that make me nearly immobile for days or weeks. This diet gives my body what it needs in the quickest way possible to bring healing to my body. Inflammation is down, reflux went away very quickly ...as well as other digestive issues. Mental clarity is improving. My nerves are much calmer ...I can literally feel my brain settle down when I eat fatty meat. It's amazing. :)
Yes, I hear you, sister. That's the same reason I didn't eat much meat for several years. But now, my grocery bill is actually less than it was when I was buying all the fruits, veggies, keto baking ingredients, etc. And my food isn't spoiling in the fridge before I can eat it all. My shopping takes maybe half an hour between 2 stores and I spend about $80-100/week on really good meats, eggs, butter, etc.I do eat some meat but just a bit now and then. It's not a planned thing it's just that I can't afford much meat as the prices are so high.

And there are those who become ill by following these diet plans.I'm seeing people speak negatively about eating meats and fats which God created for us to eat. We are not in the garden anymore. The atmosphere has changed. God gave meats after the flood. And in the world we're living in today, we need even more healthy protein and fats to maintain health. One of the doctrines of demons that scripture says will mark the last days is commanding people to abstain from meats.
Many people are overcoming autoimmune conditions, thyroid dysfunction, obesity, diabetes (I & II), inflammation, and even cancer by going keto, ketovore, or carnivore. The lower the carbs, the better.
I fully disagree. Candy, potato chips, and sodas aren't food. The scientific studies are being done showing that the DNA can repair itself given the adequate amount of right nutrients. You should look into the research. And there are those who become ill by following these diet plans.
Weight and BMI are usually the result of genetics and available food supply.
Not necessarily because people eat candy bars and potatoes and drink sodas.
Too much of anything is detrimental to your health.I fully disagree. Candy, potato chips, and sodas aren't food. The scientific studies are being done showing that the DNA can repair itself given the adequate amount of right nutrients. You should look into the research.
You seem to be active in promoting things that are detrimental to life and health.
Where did I say that salt was bad? lol I eat Redmond's salt, pink Himalayan salt, and sea salt. And I never said plants were the devil. My body doesn't thrive on them ...at this time. Once my body has had time to heal by giving it densely nutritious food, I plan to try different foods again. I love sweet potatoes, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, bok choy, romaine lettuce, squash, zucchini. But right now, I can't eat them. One day, I may be able to eat them again.Eating a variety of foods is the best idea ever given. And I eat a wide wide range. Rice, potatoes, pasta, bread...especially bread. As in "Give us this day our daily bread"
