Are you JW?
Do you believe JW's will rule the world?
Are JW's gods?
Are you equal with Jesus?
Are you a god?
Please elaborate.
Why do you need to know? Just get to know Jesus not JWs or to give their proper title - the Watchtower organisation. They don't even call themselves church. And they meet together in kingdom hall not chapels or churches.

I’ve been in chapels and churches and have learned more attending Kingdom Hall meetings, and more sincere people.

OK, I usually won’t respond to those who just want to argue, but if you want answers to your clearly ignorant questions, I will answer you honestly....

Am I a JW? Yes, and I have chosen to be one and remain one for 50 years. I was raised Anglican, so I probably once believed what you do now.

Do I believe JW's will rule the world?
What a seriously dumb question..... of course not...why would we?

Are we equal with Jesus?
Same response as above.....why on earth would we think that?

Am I a god? Not the last time I consulted myself.

Elaborate? On what?
If you have no idea who we are or what we believe, then perhaps you need to consult those who are JW’s and find out what we actually believe, as opposed to what you imagine that we do.

I will answer any sincere question and defend my beliefs to anyone who asks...what I will not do is engage or dignify ignorance.

If you would like to rephrase your questions to something that addresses our actual beliefs, perhaps the JW’s here will be happy to set you straight. It is clear that you have no idea.....

I respect how JW's and Mormons go out and evangelize. Who else does that?
Good question Bob.....when Jesus commanded that his disciples should “Go. . .and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.” (Matthew 28:19-20)....his assurance that he would be “with” those carrying on his work is significant. Only with his support can this work be done on the scale that he foretold.

He also said that the message that they would preach is “the good news of the Kingdom, as a witness to all the nations before the end” would come. (Matthew 24:14)
As you said...who else is doing this? Who else is bringing the message of the Kingdom to the whole world?

Most in Christendom don’t even know what God’s Kingdom is, let alone trying to explain what it is to others. We spend most of our time learning about the Kingdom, it’s King and priests, and what it will accomplish for mankind in the near future, restoring the original purpose of the Father in placing us here on earth in the first place (Revelation 21:2-4).....we believe that ”the end” is very near, so action is needed before the final curtain comes down on this world.

Why do I need to know? I ask simple questions.

I’m stating that your methods here are not productive. You’re not asking because you respect JW people or beleifs, or want to sincerely learn about them. You’re asking because you want to (in your perspective) prove them wrong and prove your views right. And yes, you can have the slug down, but that doesn’t bring anyone to Christ and instead fuels that persecution complex JW already have, driving the wedge further.
Asking direct simple questions "are not productive"? Do my SIMPLE questions offend you? Are you JW?

For you to ask any JW or any human for that matter if he/she is a god or equal to Jesus shows you just want to argue
I asked SIMPLE questions that nobody here want's to answer, so far. Stop playing the victim.

Seventh Day Adventists.
I have never had an SDA call at my door in all my years of living in various parts of NSW....I did however have quite a few SDA's that I called on regularly in my weekly ministry, (mostly in rural areas) and they always welcomed us for a chat. Many of them lamented that church was mostly for the older ones and that they were losing their youth to the snares of the world. Has that been your experience Brakelite?

No. I’m actually strongly opposed to JW beleifs. But picking a fight is not a productive way or teaching/learning, or changing hearts.

Asking simple CLEAR questions is "picking a fight"? Since when aren't we allowed to ask questions?

Asking ignorant questions is most definitely looking for an argument.....
Rephrase your questions to ones that actually address what we believe....then there might be a discussion.....but if this is all you want to do, then only those who are as ignorant as you, will participate. Preaching to the choir achieves what?

You do understand that church means a congregation of people, not a building right. So it really doesn't matter what type of building it is. The building isn't the church, it's just a building. The people are the church.

I have no patience for this.

Your heart is combative. You wish to pick a fight and “prove” that you are right. You don’t want to learn or be respectful, just prove that you are right. That is crystal clear. This has no productive purpose.

Why do simple questions offend JW's? Just answer my simple questions instead of attacking me.

I'm sorry Pearl but your observations are as ignorant as the OP's.
Let me clarify.... The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society is a Bible Society that prints large volumes of Bible literature and distributes it all over the world, either in hard copy or via digital means that can be downloaded from our website.
The Watchtower Society is a legally required entity to carry out that work.
We are Jehovah's Witnesses who use the arm of the Watchtower Society to help educate people about the Bible.

We don't call ourselves a "church" because the meaning of the word translated "church" in the Bible is "ekklēsia" which means..."a gathering of citizens called out from their homes into some public place, an assembly". (Strongs) We prefer to call ourselves a "congregation" because the word "church" is more often than not a building.

Our Kingdom Hall is a meeting place for Bible study and worship. The "church" is what is "in" the Kingdom Hall.

We choose to distance ourselves from Christendom and her designations because we hold very little in common with any of her "churches" or teachings.

Do you agree with everything Kingdom Hall teaches? I realize JW's avoid simple questions like plague, but give it a try.

Has any JW answered even one of my simple questions about your doctrine? Do you need to consult Kingdom Hall?

Do you believe JW's will rule the world?
Are JW's gods?
Are you equal with Jesus?
Are you a god?

What's going on? JW's attack our Bible like Satan himself in this forum. I ask simple doctrine questions two weeks ago and JW's flee!
