These invented ideas will probably end up in arrests, with invented prison sentences....but it will be all to real for the people in the cells.
You take to much stock into the propaganda. lol But as they say the proof is in the pudding.

There is a track record of the same people working on elections, election after election.
It is hard to imagine that one will be so different from the previous, and so likewise the common issues are failures.
After dealing with large databases and how information is held there is always a 80/20 rule. 20% of the data will cause a problem.
And you have to work you way through it as best you can. Unfortunately unless you spend the time and resources you will get issues, glitches etc. What you are claiming is intentional behaviour not data issues. I would always favour data issues unless it is statistically beyond the regular experience of such problems.

I am not taking any propaganda, I just dislike liars and people who exaggerate for their own benefit and accuse others of criminal activity without proof. It seems this principle of innocent until proven guilty is not part of the Trump fraud followers or accusations. This in itself is not constitutional. If one claims to be defending the nation you do not set about destroying it.

Interesting point. This is not fraud, it is a legal interpretation question, and it has unknown consequences, some have suggested very small.
It is ironic that the one legal case that will probably stand is not about stealing an election, fraud or criminal behaviour.

It is grieving that the idea of hurting innocent other parties is deemed as justice or a good outcome when spoken by people who claim to know Jesus. What is the point of winning a point but losing ones soul?

I believe the investigation into the election fraud is precisely what prevents America from becoming like unto a communist regime.

I happened on One America News Network the other day. The host at that time was talking about the corruption being found in this election. One thing he said got me tickled. Yes. Doing the math I’d say the actual impact would indeed be inexistent. Pennsylvania would go to Biden no matter whether late arriving ballots are in or out. Pa. received 10,000 ballots after polls closed on Election Day

You are missing the point that this article does not address nor should it. It cannot of course cannot address everything....you are expecting an exclusive all in one article to satisfy your mind completely, now, in one swoop. That will never happen.

As I just mentioned to BJ, this win even if comes about in the PA, is only one of several building blocks that will all eventually land in the laps of the Supreme Court to decide upon, and then the House to vote on under the 12th Amendment...just my opinion..

You seem to be saying Trump's team needs 100% proof of all the ballots in question to reach 270 from several States. As if they have to be nicely tied in one package, ready to be presented to a court. It just does not work that way.

However, to get there one has to think more openly and how the law works. As this one article provides a path, not a final destination.

Say that Trump's defense has many hundreds of valid testimonies, data, recordings, documentation, from say 30 States, that all point to voting fraud and false ballots and deleted, stuffed ballots etc. They will NEVER have all of this evidence, every ONE of these soiled ballots or even harder maybe the deleted ballots. And they do not need to...

If there is a PREPONDERANCE of EVIDENCE and SUFFICIENT (meaning volumes of data, of various kinds) prima facia evidence to show grand fraud, the courts will take on and decide on this very Constitutional matter, of national voting.

BL: you don't have to account for all the ballots that are fake, fraud, deleted and should be discarded...if you have say 50% in hand with solid proof, then the entire other 50% not accounted for, not in your possession will also be thrown out.....that is how this number of 270 is going to be reached via the contribution of various States......and eventually with a House vote..IMO

KEY POINT: By categorically asserting that “fraud vitiates everything”, the SCOTUS affirms that perpetrating fraud undermines the entire endeavor, the whole contract, the complete judgment, the final result … or the election outcome, etc. Once the fraud is proven, the enterprise in its entirety, such as a POTUS candidacy or campaign, has been irreparably tainted and any result is invalidated. In order words, if it was only the Michigan vote was stolen by Team Biden, their victory would still have been nullified since “fraud vitiates everything”. Shocking History of Dominion Voting

Dominion Voting Systems Corp. is the Canadian company behind the ballot switching software.

Dominion was founded in 2003, with a mission to provide electronic voting systems friendly for progressives. Because of such partisanship, it languished with almost no customers for the next 5-6 years, until the Obama administration came to power. In 2010, the Obama administration confiscated electronic voting systems assets (software, intellectual property, manufacturing tools, customer base, etc.) from two established American companies, and gave them to Dominion. At the same time, Dominion got some employees and assets from a foreign EVS company, tied to Hugo Chavez.

Its software has been used by some 40% of the voters in this elections, mostly by Democrat-controlled states and election commissions. Apparently, no protections were put in place against ballot switching, deletion, or creation. He is just like any human without evidence, looking for clues and pushing for something he hopes is there.
The whole reason for courts, police, procedures is to arrest, collect evidence and prosecute the guilty party.

If there are no arrests, no investigations and prosecutions then there is no evidence.
It is clear that some judges are now prepared to open some ballots and look or inspect for evidence.
We will have to see if this approach discovers anything of significance.

In the end it does not matter what my opinion is, it is the discovery of facts which currently do not exist, just suppositions.
I have been with people who pick up emotional mood signals but not the reality, so follow their group.

It is how groups gain consensus. The group leader often determines the truth the group follow, Trump.
The group fails when either the facts overthrow the proposition so undermining the leaders authority and role or they redefine the truth to maintain the group above anything else. Stalin managed to do this in Soviet times, until he died. In the end democracy overthrows such power plays, because it upholds truth above the group and leader. And if you want a successful society, truth always has to take the lead.
