The Electoral College was created to satisfy the smaller states and it was created to keep a tyrant from coming to power. It was also created to appease the South during the time of slavery, which gave the South more political influence in electing the President. IMHO, the Electoral College doesn't accurately and effectively represent the will of the American people and that not all votes are equal under the current voting system.

Again I believe that the constitution should stay the way it is. Many people gave their lives for it and to change it would bring them the ultimate disgrace.

I feel bad for those on pbs. Seems like their voices are cracking/close to tears. Either really tired or scared. I am pro trump. But I do feel bad people think it is doomsday for one president or the other to win. God is still for us.

Again I believe that the constitution should stay the way it is. Many people gave their lives for it and to change it would bring them the ultimate disgrace.

The Constitution of the United States has been amended 27 times since it was officially ratified in 1787. There are currently 27 Amendments to the Constitution today, so modifying it one more time to abolish or amend the Electoral College would not disgrace the Founding Fathers.
