I have come to realise, that part of what God expects, is for me to bring this person to salvation.

There is some comfort in that.

@Gottservant

You are not the first "Christian" who has had sex before marriage. The pre-marital sex was a sign that you had already turned away from God. I know because I have seen the same signs of having turned away from God.

If you will humble yourself and confess your sin of turning away from God, then He will heal your life/land.

Now, concerning your "partner" you can ask God to include her among those Whom He is drawing to Himself. It is just a simple prayer on your part, but it is a prayer that requires much faith on your part. You only need to pray this prayer once, but you can follow this prayer up with Praise and worship on your part that God has heard your prayer and is working towards the outcome of where your partner will be drawn into God's loving embrace and salvation. This Salvation work is God's to perform, although you may be asked to play some part in the drawing of your partner to God.

You may need to pray that God will increase your patience as you wait for your partner's salvation.

When her salvation comes you can then both celebrate together in what God has done in her life.

What you need to do until then is to maintain your relationship with God and to walk in his ways every day as you live out your life for Him

Shalom

It's not the Devil's problem, if you are already snared by something else he has done.

When you are in union with someone, you share your chains - the Devil will condemn both of you together.

Like many things in life once you cross the line its easier and easier every-time to cross it again.You loose your innocents to that sin and its easier to commit.Like all sins it gets easier the more you commit it best not to cross certain lines in life.Drugs sex murder you name it.It destroys your morality over time.Confess it as a sin to God and repent its the only path stop immediately or speak to a professional to find out why you feel the way you do.Live in the spirit not the flesh.This is a battle you keep loosing in your mind its where we fight against sin it starts in the mind first and comes out of you it can be stopped you need to throw those thoughts out until they don't come anymore. Yes it will be a battle you chose to cross the line and a price has to be paid.
