That's the excuse many use to continue sitting under false doctrine.

And even worse yet, many have no idea what false doctrine is because they think just because someone claims to be a "Christian" then they means they are teaching correctly.

I went thru that as a young believer and found that I had been sitting under false doctrine and as I grew in the Lord He taught m e that what He says in His Word comes first.

Some of the early churches I attended that taught false doctrine were all really nice people and they smiled a lot and were pleasant to be around but they never taught on the passages where Jesus and the Apostles corrected people who taught falsely. They might hurt other's feelings so they avoided large portions of scripture and instead just taught on the "positive" passages.

The one world religion is already being formed and it's all based on being "positive" meaning "whatever you think it truth that is your truth and you will go to Heaven as long as you are a nice person and stay positive"

Today, most people think all religious thought and all religious organizations all serve the same God and more and more people are even accepting satanists who also claim to be serving God

Is there any religious organization claiming to be of God that you would not accept and tell others to stay away from?
This is how they did this my friend . spot on right . And now its even doing so with the false religoins .
Finding common ground , judge not , speaking postive messages about what the religoins have in common .
ITS COMING IN LIKE a flood and JESUS has been DENIED . You are correct my friend .
It became judge not correct not
and as it did more leaven came in and more errors and even sins were overlooked .
IN time this led to the acceptance of such . as seeing unrepentant sinners , as seeing all denominations even
as being brethren
Now its leading into even more leaven as they are doing this with the false religoins too .
You see if leaven is not corrected , IT ALWAYS BRINGS LOTS OF BUDDIES and in time things get worse and worse and worse
and worse . It soon became hey judge not the mormons , judge not the jw , judge not the catholic
we all brethren and now its become as well judge not the false religons . THEY DOING the same things
over and over and over again and it only allows MORE LEAVEN TO LEAVEN the entire lump .
Soon enough they will even call the false religoins children of GOD TOO . watch for it .
In fact its already happening . FINDING COMMON GROUND . Folks DO NOT know the scrips
They believe they know GOD , his love , but KNOW NOT they are being decieved by another .

This does not mean they were not following the Lord and teaching that which the Holy Spirit told them to teach

Paul was sent to the gentiles and Peter to the Jews so each had different assignments from the Lord so they were supposed to go their separate ways.

OK, here's a challenge for you.

Please so me in the New Testament where Jesus and His Apostles taught anybody to pray to mary.

God says He changes not so He's not the one adding stuff to His Word and taking stuff out of His Word

When the future gets here, we'll see who ends up where

That was one instance and the Lord led Paul to confront Peter and after that they were all back on the same page.

Is necromancy a "short coming"?

Is idol worship a "short coming"?

What if he teaches necromancy and idol worship?

Go ahead and join up as long as the guy seems to be a nice guy?
That is exactly what most now beleive . HEY so long as he is smiley and talks postive
and speaks about love, OH HE MUST BE OF GOD . THEY are being duped big time .
And that is why i also often say
IF one would read the bible for themselves and then compare these leaders
TO JESUS , TO the apostels
THEY WOULD have seen a STARK difference .
IN FACT most people WOULD RUN THE TRUE JESUS , the true apostels RIGHT OUTTA their churches
with a message that says HEY YOU ALL need JESUS yall need GOD , yall dont have love .
THEY BEEN decieved big time and its only gonna get worse too .
Take note . THEY sure are big on smiles , hugs with unrepentant sinners
BUT when one dares to bring in scrips that expose sins , YA WONT SEE TOLERANCE and LOVE TOWARDS those .
THIS love has turned them against GOD , CHRIST , only they have no idea cause they are following
another jesus , another love of this world , another god of this world . THEY have NO idea .
ITs why i been hollering for years that we must simply get back into the bible to learn for ourselves .

Catholics don't 'pray to' Mary.
Yes, Catholics do pray to Mary. This is not a misunderstanding or a misrepresentation, it is confirmed by their official teachings and widespread practice. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states that Mary can be invoked in prayer, asking for her intercession. Prayers like the Hail Mary directly address her, saying, “Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.” This is not simply asking for prayer like one would ask another believer, it is direct communication to her, which is prayer by definition.

However, biblically, prayer is to be directed to God alone. Jesus taught us to pray to the Father (Matthew 6:6, 9), and 1 Timothy 2:5 clearly states, “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” There is no biblical support for praying to Mary or any other person besides God. In fact, when John tried to bow to an angel in Revelation 22:8–9, the angel told him, “Do not do that... Worship God.” All prayer, worship, and spiritual communication belong to God alone. Praying to Mary or any saint is unbiblical and a serious error that takes glory and trust away from the one true Mediator, Jesus Christ.

She is called co-redeemer (co-redemptrix) by the Catholic church, but they slither under it by saying this is not a matter of doctrine but they only allow the faithful to call her that if they want to. Yes, they sure do play with words, as did/does the serpent at the tree. Their Catechism teaches that she is the mother of God.....so misguided and frankly blasphemous, and they try to justify it, but that is what the devil does, misguides and deceives and muddies the waters. God had no beginning nor end, He had no need for a mother...she was only the mother of the man Jesus. It's very sad that by such means they lead millions of souls astray and don't preach/teach the true gospel which alone could save them.

Do your homework, sweetheart.

I'm married so I'm not your sweetheart darlin and never will be.
(I wouldn't be able to be associated with the darkness catholics live in)

It was the 1960s and Vatican II when the catholics decided to try and take all the "rebellious" protestant churches under their wing of leadership because the catholics falsely claim they are THE one true church as it was at Vatican II they decided to call themselves christians as a marketing ploy to attempt to attract them to the catholic social club

Probably not. But then again, Catholics aren't the ONLY Christians who 'got it wrong'

Real Christians don't practice necromancy by praying to the dead and idolatry by praying to mary

Do you really...REALLY believe that YOU know ALL of the truth?

I have God's Book and He has given me THE Teacher so I have it on good authority that catholic doctrine is fake.

Catholics don't 'pray to' Mary.

Er yes they actually do. You should study some of the garbage they teach.

Just read the rosary and learn what venerate really means.

They think mary is on the same level as Jesus and was sinless which is idolatry

and look this stuff up on your own.

I did years ago which is how I found out that catholics teach a fake gospel.

I compared what they say to what God says in His Word and they came up short, way way short as in not even in the same ball park. Sheesh

You wanna know that the key identical thing that most of the prostestant realm has in common
with the RCC .
What little bible they use they use to lead this people astray . THAT IS WHAT I NOTICE .
In all the decieved i notice that . Whether it was a baptist , a calvnists , a RCC , a mormon , a jw
an adventists . I Notice the people sat under men who had sat under men who had sat under men
and those men had decieved . The very teachers like calvin himself , like the king of the jw
like the mormon leader jospeh smith , TO ALL of them .
THEY actually DID NOT KNOW the scrips or the GOD WHO INSPIRED THEM . at most
they only see some truths but NEVER KNEW THE TRUTH and at most
used the bible , OR CHANGED THE BIBLE , to fit their own lies and false ideals .
SO few actually have a true genuine GOD GIVEN LOVE FOR HIM , FOR TRUTH . most rather like
what some man tickles unto their ears . THAT IS A FACT sister .
NOW the good news is , Throughout the times people trapped under such places
GOD has called out of them . HE PUT THEM INTO THE BIBLE to learn for themselves
and as they learned they began to realize something . THE CHURCH they were in , WAS TEACHING CONTRARY .
Yet most folks just wanna condemn men like me , WHO NEVER ONCE asked for a following ,
BUT SIMPLY SAID YOU GOTTA GET IN THE BIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SELVES . Yeah . Something has went wrong sister
and its only gonna get worse and worse and worse , TILL SUDDENLY in a day and in an hour kwown to no man
THE DOOR WILL SHUT and all inside will rejoice in HE WHO SAVED THEM and had kept them from falling
BUT ALL OUTSIDE GONNA WAIL and wail and pound and pound upon that door
BUT IT WONT BE OPENED . ITS GONNA BE TOO LATE . and frankly it sure seems by the signs of the times
THAT DAY IS FAST APPROACHING SISTER .

It was also in vatican two when they decided not only to take the protestant realm
but the false religoins . THEY even said Muslims worship the same God we do .
THAT IS ONE HUNGRY WHORE my friend and she desires ALL control . THEY REALLY DO
beleive that if anyone is just a part of their church , THEY ARE SAVED . THAT IS WHY INCLUSIVISM
began in large to be pushed unto all . Satan and his co workers , of which are many and in wool ,
aint fooling the sheep my friend . CAUSE GREATER IS HE that is in the sheep than he that is in the world .
And ye have overcome THEM , false prophets , false spirits , false men
FOR GREATER Is HE that is in YOU than he that is in the world .
The world will love its own and the Rebellious WHORE and her rebellious daughters
have conspired to bring all to be as one under THE SHADE OF A HARLOT . sheep wont buy her lies . sheep follow CHRIST JESUS .

Who Are the Leading Candidates?

Luis Antonio Tagle (Philippines)

Currently the betting favorite at 3:1 odds, Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, 67, is considered a strong contender to continue Pope Francis's progressive agenda. Tagle, an advocate for inclusion and evangelization, has significant experience leading the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples and was a trusted figure in Francis's inner circle.

"Overall, I think the fact that by my count over 100 of the eligible papal electors were appointed by Francis could have a profound effect on the outcome," said Cristina Traina, a professor at Fordham University. "That is, we may not get a pendulum swing away from Francis' priorities."

Tagle's Asian heritage also makes him a compelling choice, as Catholicism is growing rapidly on the continent, particularly in the Philippines.

Pietro Parolin (Italy)

At 4:1 odds, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, 70, is one of the most experienced Vatican officials. In his role as the Vatican's Secretary of State since 2013, he has played a major part in diplomatic affairs, including sensitive negotiations with China and Middle Eastern governments.

Parolin is seen as a moderate theological candidate, someone who could provide stability while still maintaining some of Francis's reforms. His deep ties to Vatican bureaucracy make him a strong contender for those who favor continuity.

Peter Turkson (Ghana)

Currently at 5:1 odds in betting markets, Cardinal Peter Turkson, 76, is a well-known figure in the Church's social justice circles. As former head of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, Turkson has been vocal on issues such as climate change, poverty and economic justice.

Turkson's election would mark a historic moment as the first African pope in centuries. The most recent African pontiff was Pope Gelasius, who served from 492 to 496 AD. Born in Rome to African parents, Gelasius was known for his extensive theological writings and strong advocacy for charity and justice for the poor.

Peter Erdő (Hungary)

A leading conservative candidate, Cardinal Peter Erdő, 72, is currently at 6:1 odds. A respected canon law scholar, Erdő has been a strong advocate for traditional Catholic teachings and doctrine. He previously served as head of the Council of European Bishops' Conferences and has emphasized theological orthodoxy.

For those seeking a return to the conservatism of John Paul II and Benedict XVI, Erdő would represent a major shift away from Francis's approach.

Angelo Scola (Italy)

At 8:1, Cardinal Angelo Scola, 82, is a long-standing papal contender. He was among the favorites in the 2013 conclave that ultimately elected Pope Francis. Scola, a former Archbishop of Milan, has deep theological roots and appeals to those who support a more centralized and hierarchical Church.

They are in darkness my friend . Yes that is a fact indeed .
But you would marvel also at the number within the protestant realm itself that be in darkness .
ITS NOT LOOKING GOOD at all for this generation . And interfaith finding common ground will finish the rest off to a lie .
So few , it brings tears to my eyes , are now on the path of OUR LORD .
But warn i must , for some will hear though most will reject .
TO THE TRENCHES ONE and ALL , these be the days of great delusion and upmost darkness
and many are merging now from all denominations , from all false religoins to be
as one mind and one heart under what all believe is love and of GOD . BUT IT BE ONLY THE GREAT DELUSION
the LIE of satan and of anti christ , the mystery of iniqiuty now surges as a flood throughout all areas .
WE MAKE OUR STAND NOW , TODAY and must contend for the one true gospel of CHRIST
and all biblcal truth , embracing ALL HIS LOVELY WORDS .
For many are conforming to the lie but beleive it is love .

Well....the darkness is true. No argument with that.

The thing though, when people say "Jesus told me...." how do people respond to that?
I know there is a Roman Catholic fellow on this forum also claiming "Jesus told me....".

It seems to me a lot of times this is used as to say: "Don't argue with me".
Personally I prefer to check scripture.

Leading candidates for what?
Leader of the Church of Satan and the Watcher-worshipers?

Yeah, sorry to inform you — the "Church of Satan" isn’t just a couple of clowns trying to put up a Baphomet statue at your local elementary school.

It’s the Vatican.

I wouldn’t let any of those demonic freaks anywhere near my kids. Just LOOK at those five faces. YIKES.
Looks like a NAMBLA board meeting.

Ipse est Diabolus incarnatus.

Every last one of them looks like the Devil incarnate.

None in the church you are attending, I assume?
Sexual abuse cases are sticking up it's ugly heads left and right in North American Churches these days.
I am not a Roman Catholic.
But maybe we should focus at our own Protestant backyard a bit more?

The Southern Baptist Convention, America’s largest Protestant denomination, confronted its own sex-abuse crisis three weeks ago in the form of an investigation by the Houston Chronicle and San Antonio Express-News.

The newspapers reported that hundreds of Southern Baptist clergy and staff had been accused of sexual misconduct over the past 20 years, including dozens who returned to church duties, while leaving more than 700 victims with little in the way of justice or apologies.

I talk to Jesus and He to me. When somebody says, "Jesus told me "Ask them for the exact words. Notice when I said, "Jesus told me", I wrote the exact words Jesus said. Most people who say it can't do that.

That's a different Thread. @Triumph1300

This one is dedicated to the currently dead Pope, and also to the next one.

The currently deceased, had just installed some new rules, that will allow young men with "homosexual tendencies", to enter the "cult of mary" Priesthood.

What is that?
That's a religious factory designed to produces Child Molesters.

Many Catholics around the world, are very happy that this current Pope is gone, as He was a seriously deranged religious pretender.
