Thanks for your comment; there is a 'not sure/rather not say' option in the poll... :)I have two tattoos, if it were today I would not have gotten them.
I did not vote.
PS: Do they happen to be faith based? (proven conversation-starters).I have two tattoos...
One is Jesus Christ with the Sacred Heart on my chest, the other is the Grim Reaper on my arm, this was before I was found.PS: Do they happen to be faith based? (proven conversation-starters).
There should be a regret one on there than I would vote. Thanks for your comment; there is a 'not sure/rather not say' option in the poll... :)
Interesting...so after you truly came to know the Lord did you maybe consider some clearer testimony to your new found faith through a faith based tattoo (Scripture, etc.?)One is Jesus Christ with the Sacred Heart on my chest, the other is the Grim Reaper on my arm, this was before I was found.
My faith based on is Christ on my chest.Interesting...so after you truly came to know the Lord did you maybe consider some clearer testimony to your new found faith through a faith based tattoo (Scripture, etc.?)
Yes, well I suppose this sense would in some ways be covered by the 'never' option. (Although you did get 2 of them; when you got the 2nd, I guess you clearly weren't regretting the fact that you had gotten inked the first time...)There should be a regret one on there than I would vote.
So is there a MrsJohnPaul and if so does she have ink? these days in North America even more women than men get inked, according to statistics; 59%-70% or more of parlor clients are women, who often prefer faith/family designs. My faith based on is Christ on my chest.
Do you have a preferred placement for the idea of a faith witness tattoo? My wife and I talked to a young lady with the wording of John 3.16 tattooed on her wrist area, which is more readily visible. I guess chest would be often covered (and might be more problematic for a lady in any case)....on my chest.
Yes, well as Christian young men and women come of age and pass into manhood and womanhood, and order themselves witness-friendly Scripture inkings, it's all a way of sowing the seed. Joyfully. There seems to be. I think a tattoo used for witnessing would give much joy. Younger people seeing it would think this person loved God so much, he could open the door to plant a seed.
Anyway you must be completely accustomed to their ink by now.:) i admire what they got. It isn't offensive to look at.
So anyway, no regrets over your tattoo, then? :)I wasnt numbed. Didnt know there was.
I have a tattoo, I am not ashamed of it, but it has no bearing on my salvation.
..I will defend any Christian who has a tat or wants one. I also agree that it makes a statement of freedom in Christ.
Do you also see that for some Christian men and women receiving suitable faith based tattoo designs might for them at least seem a compelling thing to do?I have two tattoos, if it were today I would not have gotten them.
Yes I have nothing against people who get them, I just regret getting them.Do you also see that for some Christian men and women receiving suitable faith based tattoo designs might for them at least seem a compelling thing to do?
