It does work, it is that they are stopping it from working and I believe they are doing it intentionally.
I think they want people to hate one another. They're obviously stirring up people to cause separation and division between one another, for the same reason that Stalin encouraged the Russians to buy lots and lots of vodka to support the economy- when it was actually to keep the people drunk, weak, and incapable to stand up to his agenda, and I also think that's the intention behind legalizing drugs in Oregon.
"A kingdom divided against itself cannot stand," Jesus said the truth well enough.
I'm not going to stand for it or fall for their lies. I stand with the whole body of Christ. That is our responsibility as Christians- to stand in the way of wickedness. How? By representing the love of Christ as the body of Christ gathers together in full unity.
"Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love."
No. But if it wasn't a factor in reporting the racial division being widened through implementation of identity politics wouldn't be effective in keeping people at odds. And suffering that one symptom as a whole that then permits expansionist authority by local and federal governance entering in to "solve the issues at hand", fear!
In Germany I think their cops do not deal with all the freeloaders that have come in, they have special cops set for them in general handling them with kid gloves.

The race or colour of a person's skin has no bearing on the ability of a person to do what is right in the sight of God.
The issue is that the responsibility of training up our children is a parent's responsibility and as a parent we cannot delegate that responsibility to others and claim that we as parents are not responsible for their lack of morals and understanding of the reality that has become their lives.
Remember that a Policeman's duty is to only report peoples abuse of values of our society. He is not responsible for enforcing compliance with the values of our society onto others within our society. That responsibility belongs to everyone who is a participant within our society. We cannot delegate that responsibility to anyone else no matter how hard we want to blame someone else for our lack of a backbone in our respective bodies.
The law is not broke, just our personal training of our children to do the right thing all of the time.

If I'm in danger, I'm going to thank God the police are there to do their job because it is a job and they are professionals doing their job.

@kcnalp Also worth noting that Jesus wasn't white. Likely Middle Eastern. Anyone who has anything against any other color than white can't call themselves a Christian or they have no idea what they are doing. He wasn't born in Ireland.
Short answer: Because of the plain stupidity of many (if not most) local politicians and police commissioners. Since 1960 there should have been one uniform policy throughout the states: Black police for Black communities. Hispanics for Hispanics, Chinese for Chinese, and Whites for Whites. Special incentives should have been provided to young blacks to go into policing their own communities. Then the whole issue of race would have been a non-issue.
And males paired with males, females with females. Then the issue of sexism and sexual harassment would have been a non-issue. These are common sense solutions which could have been easily implemented. Domestic issues should have been handled by female police officers.
Today, the only solution to salvage policing is to declare them all to be US Marshals. Trump should have done this when he had a chance back in June, 2020 or even earlier (when the silly slogan of "Defund the Police" started getting aired). Now with Biden in the WH do not expect solutions. Only one problem after another day by day.

I'm sorry, but why would racial segregation in the workplace be considered more appropriate than people being trained and qualified to do the job appropriately? How is that not more racist?
This thread incites and promotes racism...this is what the news networks do all the time.
