It is tough, my encouragement is to take your mind from this world, and to look towards heavenly things.

Perhaps take a moment to read the book of Colossians, 1 John.

If you can just get your mindset changed to realize that women are a creation of God, and that men are a creation of God you may look at them differently. As I have had struggles in the same manner, sometimes I still fail but always remember that any sexual sin committed is the only sin that apparently damages the body according to Paul.

God bless you, and may you find strength in the Lord Jesus Christ who can help overcome, in faith and abiding in him, and call out and let the Father in heaven know what is going on with you because in faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, we have connection with our Father through prayer, you can ask the Father to help you by the holy spirit and the spirit of Christ with-in you.

I can pray for you, but unless you play your part in that prayer, it is pointless for me to do so because you never will.

What is your part in this cleansing of your mind?

To deliberately renew your mind and to then deliberately put on the refurbish personhood that God has intended you to be from the beginning of time. Ep. 4:20-24.

To acknowledge to God that you are having difficulties with lust and porn addiction and to ask for His help in this matter.

What you can pray is: - "Lord, I confess that I am again being drawn back into the addiction of lust and porn and have no desire to go there as it is not part of being righteous in You. Please heal me of this affliction. Please keep drawing me into Your loving embrace as you wrap Your arms around me to protect me from the enemy. Lord help me to rebuke the demons that are trying to influence me away from you, and to send them to the place where they should go to await the time of their punishment."

May the Lord continue to draw you to Himself, to heal you of your afflictions and give you a purpose in your life that will become more fulfilling for you than anything other desire that you may previously may have had.

Praying for you. Paul counseled people to get married if you can't resist. That is if you have that opportunity in life.

I think of porn like I do whoredom. That said, it's easier to sin by looking at pornography than committing a whoredom. So be careful, it's a trick of the devil's.

You need to find a healthy relationship. Porn is fantasy. You need more and more wierd and extreme porn to get excited. It never ends!
