Owner speaks out after their dog avoids euthanasia... almost another Peanut incident

I've followed this story.

The neighbor who got bit always was antagonizing the dog. Then while the owner and dog were out for a walk, the neighbor aggressively got in the face of the female owner. That's when the dog bit her.

At first the dog was scheduled to be euthanized but the owners fought it since the neighbor provoked the dog many times and threatened the owner.
