Becoming Born by “ Human Flesh”

Becoming “ Born Again “ by the Spirit of God......Spirit “ gives birth “ to spirit...... which means spiritual birth, which only God can do, .......you “ Cannot “ birth yourself in the Spirit..

That is a “ Living Spiritual Birth” from God, via the Holy Spirit....easy peasy to understand....as only the Holy Spirit can testify that with our spirit.

Breathtakingly Amazing.....after that rebirth/ second birth.....we are the in the Kingdom of God.

In other words, a person without God's Holy Spirit is purely “flesh” and has no spiritual eyes, ears or heart to see, hear and comprehend the message that Jesus came to bring. That is not quite true.

God gives each of us a spirit when we are born (or conceived). That which is born of flesh is flesh, meaning that our fleshly bodies come from the flesh of our parents. And that which is born of Spirit is spirit, meaning that our spirits comes from Spirit, that is from God (Zech 12:1; Eccl 12:7). That spirit is not dead but alive and well when God gives it. It becomes dead in our trespasses and sins (Eph 2:1). When we are "born again" it is the spirit that is born again; the spirit is made alive once again as it was when God first gave it at birth.

But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ--by grace you have been saved-- (Eph 2:4,5).

What does it mean that we were made alive? It means that our sins which was the reason for our being dead are forgiven, and we are thus justified, that is we are declared righteous, as we were initially at birth before becoming dead in our trespasses and sins. Our spirits are REborn to the state, the condition, they were when we were born. That forgiveness of sins is the "washing of regeneration" that Paul spoke of in his letter to Titus. Our sins are washed away in regeneration. I maintain, that washing away of sins is accomplished by God when we are baptized just as Peter declared in Acts 2:38 and Paul affirmed in Acts 22:16 and in described in several aother passages throughout the NT.

And for what it is worth, nothing in all of that says anything about not having spiritual eyes, ears or hearts to see, hear and comprehend the message that Jesus came to bring. In fact, there is no reference to "spiritual eyes, ears or hearts" anywhere in the Bible.

We were conceived by my biological fathers seed, the flesh birth.

That which is Born of God....God’s seed penetrates their heart to receive that revelation from him...you cannot spiritually birth yourself into God..

Oh but it does...A Born Again are disciples of Christ...we have those spiritual eyes and ears...when we were birthed in the Spirit?

In Matthew 13:16 Jesus said unto his disciples, “but blessed are your eyes, because they see, and your ears, because they hear.” (NASB) In the preceding verse 11 Jesus told his disciples “to you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven.” (NASB) Our spiritual eyes are blessed to see and our spiritual ears are blessed to hear. Unto us it is given the spiritual ability to accurately discern, hear, and see spiritual things with clarity; to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God. It is written in 1 John 2:20 “but you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.” (NKJV) Our born again Spirits have the God-given ability to see and hear spiritual things and principles with clarity and accuracy.

Only a Born Again will “ SEE” the Kingdom of God......why, because they were birthed and received the Spirit of God into their hearts.....it’s a “ Living “ birth.....it’s not something you can read.....God’s Spirit must and does penetrate the heart of his child, he is the one who opens your heart to receive that spiritual rebirth/ Born of God.......

If the water in John 3:5 is the amniotic fluid of physical birth, then Jesus has mad being born physically a condition for being born again. That is universally met by the whole of mankind and therefore is not a limiting condition; it is not really a condition. at all. I do not believe Jesus would issue such a non-condition.

Sorry.....A Born Again, has received the Spirit of God....hence, therefore are in the Kingdom of God....can see the Kingdom of God....Through those spiritual eyes, ears....that was given to us...when God birthed us in the Spirit.

Nowhere in God’s word....does it say that you can birth yourself into Christ....hence Born Again by God’s will, not mans will.

A Born Again....is chosen for God’s purpose and his plan for their lives.

The rest of your post makes no sense to “ ME”....

A Born Again works for the Glory of God....they don’t work for self/ ...they Glorify the new man who happens to be Jesus.....the Holy Spirit is the one who glorifies God and Jesus and he does it through me.

There is NO glory in YOU or ME....you know that right?

We are dead because of our sinfulness. It is so bad that God gave ten commands, and we can not even keep them. Because of this sinfulness, We are seperated from God. So seperated are we that God had to institute a high priest and only He could enter Gods presence, and only he once a year and only after many animals shed their blood for him to the clean and then for the people.

There was a problem with this though, He could only cover the sins for the past year of the people. The people went out and still sinned, even those who walked with God. So the next year. Every year, the high priest had to again on the day of atonement do the same things, Sacrifice animals and send the scapegoat out into the wilderness where it would die.

The law had two purposes (it had another but that is for Israel).

1. Expose our guilt - Cursed is the one who does not obey every word)
2. Show us the payment for that guilt - innocent unblemished animals had to die

Paul said the law was a tutor to lead us to christ. This is how.

John called Jesus the “lamb of God would would take the sin of the world”

The jews were not ready, they thought because they kept the law they were ok.. They thought doing all of their works of the law (keeping the sabbath, getting circumcised, Keeping all of the ceremonies of the law, not eating certain meats etc etc) so when Jesus came and said they needed saved, they did what most people who think they have worked hard all their lives to please God would do. They got mad and killed him.

God came to remove the sin issue. The leviticus priesthood was insufficient, as it had to go in year after year.. Jesus however, came once and solved the sin issue for all time. No more were sacrificed required year after year for future sin, because he died once and sat down by the right hand of God. Being a far superior High priest. Under the order of Melchizedek.

The problem of sin separating us from God is taken away, Paul said he took it away and nailed it to the cross.

Jesus said if we look to the cross. That solution (redemption) can apply to us. He will not force it on us, He wants us to take it. But in order to do this we must repent, and trust him.

Once we do this, the sin issue is removed, we who were dead in tresspasses and sin are made alive, because the thing that made is dead is redeemed by the blood of the lamb.

This new birth is forever, Jesus calls it eternal life.

Jesus made us right, We can not do it by being baptized, or trying our best to be good (we will never be good enough) or by any other works..

He did the work for us

God said, "Thus declares the LORD, who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth and formed the spirit of man within him"(Zech 12:1) You think the spirit that God forms in us is dead?? Seriously?

Our spirits are not born dead. Our spirits are "born" live and well when we are first born. We become (spiritually) dead in our trespasses and sins (Eph 2:1). Our spirits need to be reborn, regenerated. That regeneration comes by water and Spirit.

Here's what Paul says about being made alive in Christ:

What did the KING Bless Abraham “with”?
* to keep some of the “booty” of those Abraham conquered? (Yes)

So wHAT was given Abraham, that “made him glad” ?

A Spiritual Gift, unseen of men.

Gal 3:
[16] Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

Two particular things happen when a man (any man, Jew or Gentile) becomes Sanctified IN Christ…..
That man Becomes a “son of God”…..AND a “faithful to God”, “son of Abraham”, each having received the “Seed of God”.

Abraham had “natural offsprings” (Stock). Tribes of Israel.
Abraham also HAS “spiritual offsprings” ….
Faithful to God Israel AND Faithful to God Gentiles….
Accounted as “Abraham’s “spiritual offsprings”….and Abraham, their “father”, regardless of blood heritage, Israel or Gentile.

If a man be of Gods Seed, he is also of Abraham’s “spiritual” seed. Which IS Christ.

Yes, in your opinion. God didn't say any of that. You just did. Try not to complicate God’s word.

God said, "Thus declares the LORD, who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth and formed the spirit of man within him"(Zech 12:1) You think the spirit that God forms in us is dead?? Seriously?

Our spirits are not born dead. Our spirits are "born" live and well when we are first born. We become (spiritually) dead in our trespasses and sins (Eph 2:1). Our spirits need to be reborn, regenerated. That regeneration comes by water and Spirit.

There is not one word in the Bible about spiritual eyes and ears. That is all Ritajanice.

There is and I showed you the scripture..that proves we have that new heart/ Spirit within....we have those eyes and ears...we are disciples...of God?

These two verses cannot be truer and something Christians experience every day. Jesus was the most wonderful man that could have walk this earth, yet he was greatly hated and persecuted. Yet he knew many would not accept what he had to say or what he had to offer to God’s people. We too as Christians should not expect anything less than the same reactions from some individuals we share the gospel with, but that is okay. We still push on and persevere with what we know is true in our hearts and continue to share the Word with others.

Matthew 13:9-16​

9 Whoever has ears, let them hear.”
10 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?”
11 He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them.
12 Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.

Here's what Paul says about being made alive in Christ:

In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the powerful working of God, who raised him from the dead. And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses (Col 2:11-13),

I think I will ignore what you posted what it means to be made alive in Christ and stick with what Paul said it means to be made alive in Him.

We are made Alive by the Holy Spirit an act of God...we are Born from Above .

I stick with what Jesus preaches...as he says it better.

We must be Born Again....to “ SEE” the Kingdom of God...a Born Again has received that new heart/ Spirit within..they see through the eyes of the Holy Spirit..as they are one with him in Spirit.

Only the Holy Spirit is my guide and teacher.

And OH YES!!...this Born Again can see and hear in the Spirit.........without the Living Spirit in us, we are none of his.

I am not sure what you intend by sinfulness. If by that you mean the tendency to sin, then I don't agree. The tendency to sin is not sin. And there is nothing in the Bible about our not being able to keep the law; only that no one has.

Once we do this, the sin issue is removed, we who were dead in tresspasses and sin are made alive, because the thing that made is dead is redeemed by the blood of the lamb.

I don't agree that the sin issue is removed. Our sins are forgiven even though we continue to sin. It is a constant fight in our lives. A fight that we have help in through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Our sins are still sins; only now we are forgiven. Forgiven is a state of being.

I am not sure what you intend by sinfulness. If by that you mean the tendency to sin, then I don't agree. The tendency to sin is not sin. And there is nothing in the Bible about our not being able to keep the law; only that no one has.

Do you even know what that means? It doesn't mean that we no longer need to obey God's law. It means that we are not eternally condemned for failure to do so. Obedience is at the heart of the NT. But under the New Covenant, we have the help of the indwelling Holy Spirit to help us in obeying.

we are dead because of our sinfulness. It is so bad that God gave ten commands, and we can not even keep them. Because of this sinfulness, We are seperated from God. So seperated are we that God had to institute a high priest and only He could enter Gods presence, and only he once a year and only after many animals shed their blood for him to the clean and then for the people.

There was a problem with this though, He could only cover the sins for the past year of the people. The people went out and still sinned, even those who walked with God. So the next year. Every year, the high priest had to again on the day of atonement do the same things, Sacrifice animals and send the scapegoat out into the wilderness where it would die.

The law had two purposes (it had another but that is for Israel).

1. Expose our guilt - Cursed is the one who does not obey every word)
2. Show us the payment for that guilt - innocent unblemished animals had to die

Paul said the law was a tutor to lead us to christ. This is how.

John called Jesus the “lamb of God would would take the sin of the world”

The jews were not ready, they thought because they kept the law they were ok.. They thought doing all of their works of the law (keeping the sabbath, getting circumcised, Keeping all of the ceremonies of the law, not eating certain meats etc etc) so when Jesus came and said they needed saved, they did what most people who think they have worked hard all their lives to please God would do. They got mad and killed him.

God came to remove the sin issue. The leviticus priesthood was insufficient, as it had to go in year after year.. Jesus however, came once and solved the sin issue for all time. No more were animals sacrificed required year after year for future sin, because he died once and sat down by the right hand of God. Being a far superior High priest. Under the order of Melchizedek.

The problem of sin separating us from God is taken away, Paul said he took it away and nailed it to the cross.

Jesus said if we look to the cross. That solution (redemption) can apply to us. He will not force it on us, He wants us to take it. But in order to do this we must repent, and trust him.

Once we do this, the sin issue is removed, we who were dead in tresspasses and sin are made alive, because the thing that made is dead is redeemed by the blood of the lamb.

This new birth is forever, Jesus calls it eternal life.

Jesus made us right, We can not do it by being baptized, or trying our best to be good (we will never be good enough) or by any other works..

I know what it means.

We have the help of the Holy Spirit..because we were first birthed in the Spirit...that’s when we start our walk with God....and NO....I didn’t understand that as a new babe....

We learn the word, through the help of the Holy Spirit.....he brings us to God’s truth and understanding of it.
