Unlike you I don't participate in watching the Olympics live after the Demonic organizers blasphemed Christ and the Last Supper at the opening ceremonies. That was not OK.

You don't have to learn anything about the history of the games before they became corrupted by Demons.

And you certainly won't attempt to intimidate people sharing their opinions with your behavior.

I didn’t watch the closing ceremony (or any of the televised events) but I read that opera singer Benjamin Bernheim sang Hymn to Apollo as part of the program.

The Olympics is a sporting event, not a church service.

I’m not going to throw rocks at anyone who decided to watch but I will say that I can’t easily picture professed believers celebrating the event with all that transpired, much less taking pleasure in the singing of Hymn to Apollo.

The early Church fathers wrote earnestly against the gods, including Apollo.

No,it isn't church.

However, I think mocking a religious event that means a great deal to billions of people world wide,intentionally ridicules and demeans one community of persons. And therefore disrespects every Christian attending as competitor or consumer of the games broadcast.

The Olympics are to be an inclusive event wherein athletes across the globe compete to be recognized at three levels of greatness in their chosen sport. Mocking the faith of one global community group is a betrayal of world unity in those few days of athletic competition.

A blasphemy that would never be conceived of as having anything to do with making mockery,blasphemy, of Islam.

Tick off Islamists. Their faith doesn't dictate loving the offenders. It calls for Fatwah and killing them.

Blaspheme the faith of the worlds most populace religion and our faith calls for turning our cheek so it might continue if the offender is so inclined. And love them for it.
