When you want to have a TRUTHFULL discussion instead of a propaganda war where you and I actually discuss what really happened between Russia and Ukraine then I'm going to participate.

Because there's no benefit to tossing propaganda back and forth. I'm on the human side. Meaning that Russia was wrong as well as Ukraine was wrong. Russia did do more to start the war than Ukraine with the settlements and strong arming their resources and voices away from the Ukrainian people.
But Ukraine reacted poorly due to poor leadership. Then Zelinski did a massive over reaction. And that's where we currently find ourselves.

Peace deals made where Russia gains is most likely not going to be stable. The mines in the East are where the bulk of Ukraine's monetary resources exist....it's destabilizing the entire nation for Ukraine to lose those. Those mines fund the bulk of their government.

At this point if Russia gains its a purrhic victory. There is nothing but rubble and ruins in the east. Lots of dead bodies. The family generational homes and farms are unusable there as well.

(Bloomberg) -- Elon Musk told US Republican senators “there is no way in hell” that Russian President Vladimir Putin could lose the war on Ukraine, weighing in on a conflict that has been affected by Musk’s own Starlink satellite services.

Musk, the billionaire chief executive officer of Tesla Inc., made the comments in a forum Monday on X Spaces, part of his X social media platform. The discussions included opponents of a Senate bill that would provide further assistance for Ukraine to continue battling the full-scale Russian invasion that began two years ago.

He was joined by Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, JD Vance of Ohio and Mike Lee of Utah, as well as Vivek Ramaswamy, a former Republican presidential candidate, and David Sacks, a co-founder of Craft Ventures LLC.

Musk’s comments came as he agreed with Johnson’s statement that Putin would not lose in Ukraine. Johnson said those who expect a Ukraine victory were “living in a fantasy world.”

“We gotta kill this thing,” Vance said of the $95 billion measure, which includes $60 billion in assistance for Ukraine as well as funding for Israel, Taiwan, and humanitarian aid for Gaza.

Musk added he hoped Americans would contact their elected representatives about the Ukraine bill. “This spending does not help Ukraine. Prolonging the war does not help Ukraine.”

Musk has expressed similar sentiments before on X, doubting Ukraine’s ability to win the war and mocking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s requests for aid. The tech mogul has come under criticism from Ukraine and Democratic members of Congress.

Russia is out of soldiers and trucks/heavy equipment....you can tell by the nuclear war threats they keep making which are worthless. Their nukes are duds at the moment. The Ukrainian power plants are where Russia made the tritium and deuterium that have shorter half lives than plutonium/uranium.

Russia is in a precarious position where they can't afford to stop fighting but also can't afford to keep fighting either.

He's right in a certain sense. What good is it to win the argument at the cost of grieving the Holy Spirit? A little humility goes a long way in the kingdom. I think we often make the error of depersonalizing the ones we respond to with flippant insults. We don't view them as real people. However, they are real to God. Humble pie has a bitter taste but it is sweet in the belly when you experience the grace that goes wiht it. Give it a try sometime.
