Provide evidence that hell is real please. You can use anything you want, like this.
Seems like a fun place.

Yes it is, it proves that hell is a myth that Christianity drew from other culture's.

Or it would prove hell predates judaism, which would only be as expected.

I wouldn't assume all these ancient cultures got everything wrong. They also had prophets of a sort, though the source of their revelations and how they were preserved would be questionable. God entrusted his words to the Jews.

So I am not surprised by ancient stories or prophesies that predate their recording by the Jews.

Why ask me to provide evidence of hell instead of evidence of peace?

Yes, I discussed hell . I also discussed peace. I didn't even refeence heaven. I just discussed peace.

So why talk about hell and not peace... Why is it you are querying about hell? Here's a Christian talking to you about peace and yes, referencing hell. And hell is all you hear.

If you want to hear about peace, then get back to me. If you want to hear about hell... Then keep talking to these others.

Even the Bible talks about Hades, which comes from the greek culture.

Cool, I mean hot.

An afterlife is a common thing in human culture. Seems like God really did put eternity in the heart of men.

So the ancient greek word for hell ended up in the new testament which is written in ancient greek. Its not surprising.

The fact that the concept of hell can be used to intimidate others around to accepting faith of a particular God is evidence that religion and hell is a man made concept.
Rather it is evidence that so many completely screw up in their understanding of the nature of God.

Nah, let's go with what I've said for once. I think I've earned a skippy badge.
Actually, I'm not disagreeing with you. Just giving what you said a sharper focus. The concept of hell, at least the predominant idea of eternal torment, was born of a distortion of the nature of God, and yes, rooted in paganism. Religion was the vehicle for its establishment.
