I just read your linked OP...I never knew of the scarring effect of sugar on the arteries...and maybe other areas...just thinking more about it, it does make sense. You have to eat lots of sugar though, and I guess you did, for many years.
My wife has a problem with walking for different reasons...one ankle swelling up whenever it feels like it, and two knee joints with lots of arthritis...she still cannot walk properly since 2018. Getting regular sleep is next to impossible and the mornings are always painful.
So there is not regular exercises to un-cement your condition then?,,,that's a real pity.

Interesting down here where iv moved, there are many places where the government has put up signs saying
"WARNING THIS IS UNTREATED WATER... BOIL BEFORE DRINKING"

Some country towns is almost impossible to find a drinking fountain or water anywhere
Why? There is sooo much water here... Well, these towns have actually rejected the governments water system and have chipped in to build their own drinking supply from untreated waters... Down here in Tasmania, water treatment is an issue... No so on the mainland where flouride and such has been an unquestioned given now since i can remember...

I cut out almost all kinds of sugars. I moved from Florida to Maine. I been walking better but some days are better than others.
The humidity in FL is dreadful. I think I've had some improvement since I moved.
I went from 10 feet to 300 feet when I first moved and now I walk the perimeter of the property maybe 1000 feet.
I still have to walk slow or stop. The hips lock. like your feet are in a block of dry cement.
You are what you eat... and I believe that.
Sleep?
Tylenol and hot water bottles and sometimes a good old fashioned epsom salt bath.
If you can't sit in it, soak your feet in it. Warm/hot water and about a cup of epsom salt.
Epsom salt will draw out heavy metals in your system.
Afterwards I feel like crap, everything hurts, but the next day I move a lot better.

Given the evidence, it would appear that the "vax" makes a person eligible for an OATH of ALLEGIANCE to the U.N. to participate in the Global Monetary System so that a person can "buy or sell". And of course the validation at the Cash Register will be the Palm Scan; where if that person has no hand, then they'll use the Retinal Scan to validate their identity.
But the rest is a mystery to me!
