Will they open their eyes one day?
Yes. God will open their eyes. He blinded them for a purpose and they have been blind to this day. Romans 11 clearly says when the fullness of the Gentiles is complete ( that means just prior to His Second Coming), he will save a remnant. Likely 1/3 of the Jews, which number some 15 million. The 144k are specifically from the bloodline of the 12 tribes that only God knows their generations. Those are male virgins. Why specifically male virgins I've pondered. Does God have in mind for them to be priests on earth during the Millennial Kingdom? We are all supposed to be priests and so I don't think there is any prerequisite qualification for that. Maybe being in the bloodline, they will repolulate the earth after all the death and destruction. Likely there would be an equal amount of women saved ( who are virgins as well) in the group of 5 million. But more logical and popular view is that these 144k males are evangelists who labor to help the remnant Jews who were left behind and who had not taken the mark of the Beast. The Jews are the ones being put through the fire and must endure. Likely when "every eye sees Jesus", after the rapture, they will realize and mourn for their error. The light goes in when they finally see him. You would think it is too late, but God is merciful.
You see, the multitude _ in heaven _ in Rev. 7:9 is the raptured church from every nation. This is a different vision from the 144k vision of a select separate group of Tribal Jews _ on earth _ after the rapture has taken place.
Revelation is not in an exact chronological timeline of events, one after another. Many events coicide and overlap; but they can only be revealed to us one at a time.
There are parathenical passages that exist outside of the order, such as Rev. 7 and 14. I will prove it to you. Read about the condition on earth that must exist when these 144k are sealed. They are sealed before any harm comes to the earth. Now the previous chapter 6, with the Four Horsemen_ who bring war, famine, plagues and death to 2 billion people, obviously causes harm to the trees and grass , fire, earthquakes, etc. So this sealing must happen prior to the devastation and the rapture as well. So it is a parathetical passage, a pause in the midst, a notation, additional information not in context, after the introduction. We are given different vantage points. You would think Rev. 7 & 14 would be together if it was in chronolical order.
Now if the multitude in heaven that just came out of the Great Tribulation _ in the middle of it _ not before of after _ is the raptured Church, and the 144k get sealed before the devastation, then why would an angel be spreading the gospel to every nation after half the people have been killed or raptured? Because that is also a parenthetical passage, a message to the reader of Revelation throughout the last 19 centuries. "I am coming like a thief in the night" is a message for unbelievers. Believers anticipate His return, they are and will be ready when He comes. That moment won't overtake them like a thief.

A traditional wedding in ancient Galillee where Jesus was from, went like this: The Bride and Groom got engaged to marry for a year and close to the time of their marriage, only the father of the Groom knew the day and the hour, his son did not. So they had to prepare themselves, dress and all diring that week, before they slept each night and wait until the announcement by the father. It could be in the middle of the night and he would turn to his son and say, it is time. He would get up, already dressed and ready to, grab a shofar and go out into the streets and blow it. All the guests and bridesmaids had to be ready (with oil in their lamps and dressed) as well. His bride was ready and came out and greeted him. Then the wedding party proceeded to the Father's house, they went in and the door was shut. If you weren't ready, it was too late, you could not get in. The wedding and feast lasted 1 week.

- First of all, in Revelation Chapter 21, we are told about the New Jerusalem coming down out of Heaven !

- It has nothing to do with Israel and its capital city Jerusalem !

- And the extraordinary description shows that it has nothing to do with any human city !

- And Yah.weh and Jesus are its temple !

Now if we look at Revelation 20 : 4-6, we are told about those who are going to be kings with the Christ for the 1,000 years and priests of Yah.weh and of the Christ !

- They have been beheaded for their testimony of Jesus and for the word of God and so on !

- They have nothing to do with the Israelites as a people !

- They are the only ones who are going to be kings and priests !

- Now in Revelation chapter 7, we are told about two groups :

- A small definite group and a big indefinite one !

- The small one will rule and the big one will be ruled !

- And Revelation 14 gives more details !

- And the big one comes from every nation and tribe and tongue and people !

- And they come out of the Great tribulation !

That is after the Millenial kingdom, when the first heavens and first earth is destroyed. (2 Peter 3:10)

Christians are priests. Raptured Christians receive an eternal body, which does not procreate. Yet there will be humans living long lives , dying, but procreation will continue. Obviously these were folks left behind during the GT that did not receive the Mark if the Beast and endured till the end. Not only Jews, but peoples from all nations.
They have been beheaded for their testimony of Jesus and for the word of God and so on !
The vision of those souls beheaded on earth us just that, a selective amount, made thousands. This is the signature of Islamic terrorism. They behead people now ... convert or be beheaded will be forced on people, but not all over the world

- Those who will be priests and kings and who will rule with Christ for 1,000 years take part in the first resurrection and the second death has no authority on them (revelation 20:4-6) !

- They are killed because of their witness about Jesus and because they speak about God !

- After the 1,000 years the devil will be released to mislead the people on earth before the final war (Revelation 20:7,8) !

- Then the devil will be destroyed (Revelation 20:10) !

- People will be judged (Revelation 20:13) !

- Then death and Hades and those who are not in the book of life will be destroyed (Revelation 20:14,15) ! It is the second death ! Death will completely disappear !

I agree with most of that except your implying that either ALL Christians during the GT are beheaded or that the ONLY ones who serve as kings and priests were the ones who beheaded.
Let's examine the passage:

"And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them."
.
[stop, these two are separate visions]

"Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands."

[the next phrase would be a collectuve summation of both groups.]

"And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years."

Scriptures harmonize and support eachother. Now many Christians will die during the Great Tribulatiin, but most if us will be raptured while alive.

After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands," Rev. 7:9
Billions of Christians were seen who came out of the Great Tribulation, ( not before or after it).

"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord."
1 Thes. 4:16-17

"Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." 1 Cor. 15:51-52

>> Look for the mystery that is revealed in scripture that many seem to trip over because of preconceived views. The last trumpet is ... when and where does it happen in scripture? Look for it, I'm not going to spoon feed you. You may see it, but it may conflict with your view and you'll have to discard or distort it as many do. I know where it is, but that's just my view.

Rev. 22 does not address your dilemma that I presented. Again, you implied that either all Christians during the GT will be beheaded or thr only ones that will reign are the o es beheaded. This is wrong. Billions who are alive during the Gt will be resurrected (raptured) along with those who previously died in Christ throughout history!

Just a suggestion: Anyone can cut and paste the Greek scriptures and Strongs Condorance. It is not necessary to do that to study scripture. Scholars don't, only specific words when needed, but not every word. You are wasting your time and ours. This seems quite pretentious, since your commentary is not scholarly at all. Scripture has been translated wonderfully with dozens of versions to choose from, labired over by real scholars who did the work for us. Instead of "looking for" ... this one or that one, you should look for a good teaching church with a good Pastor and try to communicate simply and concisely. This is just a forum to share thoughts, toss them around. No one is a real teacher here, lots of knowledgeable laymen is all.

And also, Anti- Semitism is dangerous!

Remember, ""I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you." GEN. 12:2-3

- Apparently you haven't read the Bible!
- Yah.weh speaks against the Israelites as a people not against his faithful servants!
- You don't understand how Yah.weh values his relationship with his faithful servants who were mainly Israelites at the time of the Bible!
- The Israelites as a people opposed Yah.weh!
- You don't understand that Yah.weh could have destroyed the Israelites many times but he didn't do it because of his faithful servants!
- Individuals versus the majority!
- I am writing for people who are interested in it!
- I am not writing for those who are not interested in it!
- I am used to hearing people speaking about translations without knowing!
- When I speak about something, it is because I have studied about it!
- When I have the time, I will show it here too!
- So many people repeat the same things without knowing!
- Is that so difficult to understand that those who will be priests and kings with Jesus are a small group who died serving Jesus and Yah.weh?
- Is that so difficult to understand that the majority will be ruled by them?
- Well, that's not my case!

  • Maybe you remember that Yah.weh prevented David from building his temple because he was a soldier and he spent a big part of his life making war!
  • Jesus clearly said a Christian can’t do that!
  • In fact, everything we hear in the first part of the Bible has nothing but nothing to do with what a Christian must or mustn’t do!
  • THUS WHEN PEOPLE USE THE FIRST PART OF THE BIBLE TO JUSTIFY ANY PRACTICE IS TOTALLY WRONG AND HAS NOTHING BUT NOTHING TO DO WITH JESUS’ TEACHING!
  • I CAN’T EVEN IMAGINE HOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO THINK ABOUT IT!

__________________________________________________________________________

EXODUS 3:15

YAH.WEH THE GOD OF YOUR FATHERS – THE GOD OF ABRAHAM, THE GOD OF ISAAC, AND THE GOD OF JACOB – HAS SENT ME TO YOU.
THIS IS MY NAME FOREVER, AND THIS IS HOW I AM TO BE REMEMBERED IN EVERY GENERATION IN EVERY GENERATION.

__________________________________________________________________________

Jesus had siblings :

- Guess what: the Bible is the history of the Israelites!
- Each page tells you that!
- Each story tells you that!
- Each family tells you that!
- The book of Adam's story tells you that!

__________________________________________________________________________

Remember that:

  • Jeremiah was 17 when Yah.weh called him to transmit Yah.weh ’s message of condamnation!
  • Yah.weh forbade him to marry or have children!
  • His friends had turned their backs on him!
  • He knew what was going to happen!
  • He was let alone!
  • Horrible conditions would be in a short time, with babies, children, and adults dying “grievous” deaths, their bodies unable to even be buried, and their flesh devoured by the birds!
  • Jeremiah preached for 40 years but nobody listened to him!
  • He became discouraged!
  • What a source of encouragement when we live in a world which is coming to its end!
____________________________________________________________

Remember:

  • If you think like today’s people, you will never understand the Bible!
  • They used to write differently!
  • They used to speak differently!
  • They used to think differently!
  • They used to act differently!
__________________________________________________________________________

Remember:

Biblical Hebrew has a very small number of words, about 8,000, and around 1,700 of those words are hapax legomena (being said once) in the Hebrew Bible. Modern Hebrew has about 100,000 words. For comparison modern English has over 450,000 words, and Spanish has just over 175,000 words. Standard English dictionaries typically have about 200,000 words, whereas Spanish dictionaries have about 80,000 words.

This means words often have multiple meanings determined by context.

Although yom is commonly rendered as day in English translations, the word yom can be used in different ways to refer to different time spans:

  • Point of time (a specific day)
  • time period of a whole or half a day:
    • Period of light (as contrasted with the period of darkness),
    • Sunrise to sunset
    • Sunset to next sunset
  • General term for time ( as in 'days of our lives')
  • A year "lived a lot of days"
  • Time period of unspecified length. "days and days"
__________________________________________________________________________

The Greek language is ranked as the richest in the world with 5 million words and 70 million word types. According to Dr. MacDonald, only 600,000 Greek words are used today, making the Greek vocabulary the largest in the world and 3.5 times bigger than the English vocabulary.

Though there are 138,607 words in the Greek New Testament, only 5,394 are unique.

  • His friends had turned their backs on him!

- First I don't teach people!

- I read the Bible and I tell people about what I learn!

- When they ask me questions, I try to answer them!

- When it is possible to have a discussion, we have a discussion!

- If you look at the titles of my threads, I speak about the books of the Bible and especially about the faithful servants of Yah.weh!

- When it is different, it is because many people repeat the same arguments without knowing so I have to show how it works!

- It is necessary to check!

- About John 1:1, it is necessary to check through the Gospel of John about the use of the definite article or not!

- About Jesus' siblings, it is necessary to check the vocabulary used and the context in the different Gospels!

- About the reality of translations, it is necessary to analyze them!

- Before publishing a message, I usually publish the same information connected to the usual mistakes people make!

- Or important facts which must be remembered!
