Yes, that appears to be the function of SB 1580 ... to prevent targeted litigation for denial of elective services. It specifically includes protections for essential services and anti-discrimination. A clinic can either provide hormone therapy for gender transition, or not provide hormone therapy for gender transition ... they cannot provide it for some, but not for others. An ER cannot refuse to treat a wound ... that is not an "elective procedure" that you would have been informed about before making an appointment.

So it is more "Religious protectionism" than any sort of "attack on rights" (like the Colorado Bakery, where they certainly had other options for providing a wedding cake).

Dancing would be no problem. From what I saw at some of these shows there was a lot more going on than dancing and it was inappropriate for children. (No I didn’t go to a show, I saw a report on television)

I have nothing against that, Moses was married to an Ethiopian woman, but you are correct, it’s being over portrayed, especially in commercials and ads

The law also declares puberty blockers, _a medication that is approved by the FSA for treatment of gender dysphoria, is fully reversable and has a long history of showing that it helps kids with gender dysphoria. And allows the state to take children from families if they are receiving such medications and allows that state to persecute the doctors who prescribed. it threatens doctors who act for and in the best interests of their patients.
