My husband went back to work tonight, so I'm just a bit blah. I miss him when he works. I had a blessed day though. I just wish to feel back up to par.

I just have to say my new eye glass frames are the most beautiful ever. I will have to take a picture when they come in September 4th. I have never had such beautiful frames that match me so well. I have to guard them around my daughter, so she won't pull the arm off this time. :) lol. They glued my current ones which is nice, but I can't fold them now. Lol. I was due for an exam anyway. My eyes didn't change much. He told me I was sleep deprived looking at my eyes.

Yeh..comes with having an infant...

She is 10 months old and wakes up in less then 5 hours still at night. So I was advised to let her cry ot out at least once a night to get some better rest. It is wearing me down. Even doing that (I think she uses me as a pacifier), I can hardly sleep anyway. I get afraid I will fall asleep and she will need me. Any of y'all remember this when your kids were little? I know a lot of y'all are older. She is my first.

Times like this, I miss my mom. She passed in 2015. I have friends from church I ask. So many different ideas and things. Hard to know if I am handling things right. My husband would help if she took a bottle, but he also works thirds. He has talked about going to days.

@Mayflower

You don't have to 'keep yourself awake' just incase she needs you!!
Just go to sleep....I promise you however deeply you sleep , you will immediately wake the moment she snuffles or cries. Really.

She is old enough now to make herself known Hahaha!!
No baby will suffer long without demanding attention when they wake.
For her sake too...you should sleep. :)

Totally agree @Grams :)
I found it is only the first child that keeps you so jumpy..after that..we just know that we will hear them :)

In fact at 9 months we got so tired of our second child's crying in the night. So I just moved her cot into our first child's bedroom. Who was only 2 yrs old herself!
Guess what happened...we thought the 9 month would keep the two year old awake too....but no...they BOTH slept well!! :D

Babies are hardier than we think.

I am excited about my new eyeglass frames. I will have to take a picture when they come in next week. Lorena pulled the arm off my glasses. The eye doctor glued the arm back on, but I can't fold them now. Haha. Even my eye doctor said that by looking at my eyes I was sleep deprived. I think it has caught up with me recently. Just feeling blah. But I am going to make some changes and talk to my doctor.

I'm saying goodbye to the forums for now. Hopefully saying goodbye will help me to stay off. Lol. Setting times don't help me. Usually have to be all or nothing. So I will be back on in the future for sure, but usually I have to balance my time. Forums both help me to grow spiritually and become a stumbling block for me when I am on too much. Sooo, remember me.in prayer and I will remember y'all. And if y'all see me on, please remind me to stay off. I need to for my own good right now. :D

Well....... Thank you very much for taking the time to say goodbye.
So many people just vanish, and then we wonder, "What did we say or no say"?

Also I am glad that you said goodbye and why you were going...because if you hadn't I would very likely have written to you in a few days, bugged you, and asked you where you were and if you were okay.

At least this way I wont distract you.
And yes, we will be praying for you.

I hope you pop in on this thread "once in a while" ( NOT looking at the rest of the forum) and tell us that you are still okay...or ask for prayer if needed.
Love and hugs for now....Helen xx

At least you can have a message in comfort of your own home. :D

The best of both worlds...

You will be missed. As Helen @"ByGrace" says come back and visit once in a while when the time is right. May God richly bless you and yours.

Hello Helen,
I am just doing the old age thing I guess ? We got to go to church yesterday and that
was nice , to see every one smiling and liking to see us..... It was so nice getting so many
hugs from ever one....... And seeing new people also at the church.
One strange thing for us all , since we came a little late [ not for the service] but
to talk to every one, OH! Old age I forgot ???????????????? sorry.
Hope your well and every thing is good with you Helen!

Oh good, glad to see that you are doing okay. :)

I see that the geese and duck are practicing the flying in formation to teach the young ones...sadly it means that summer is over.
Not that we ever really had summer here!!

Im not looking forward to jumping back into winter so soon.
