For sure Marks...Keith was also an evangelist of sorts...he had such a heart for God, nothing ever got in his way. If only today's songs would have lyrics like his...
Mine too. I still have it on an old cassette tape. This is my favorite of His! Such a blessing!
I must admit that most of today's lyrics do not inspire me.For sure Marks...Keith was also an evangelist of sorts...he had such a heart for God, nothing ever got in his way. If only today's songs would have lyrics like his...
I have the guitar chords for "There Is a Redeemer" and still sing it occasionally. It really has amazing lyrics!Mine too. I still have it on an old cassette tape.
I find myself thinking about the words on an almost daily basis and even though I know it so well it still brings tears to my eyes. Inspired by the Holy spirit - no doubt of that.I have the guitar chords for "There Is a Redeemer" and still sing it occasionally. It really has amazing lyrics!
I love the way He captures the Trinity in this song!I find myself thinking about the words on an almost daily basis and even though I know it so well it still brings tears to my eyes. Inspired by the Holy spirit - no doubt of that.

Yes, I like that one also; the Trinity is very Scriptural...I love the way He captures the Trinity in this song!
Thank you, oh, my Father
For sending us Your Son
And leaving Your Spirit til
The work on earth is done
I think I got all the words right.
Good to hear!@amadeus nice to see you again. You will be seeing me more often brother. xox
He hung out with Bob Dylan at one point. This is the first music Christian music, or as they called it back then "Jesus music"... (along with The 2nd Chapter Of Acts and Berry McGuire and others) that I had ever listened to back in 1992. I absolutely love it. :) The 1960's had a huge Jesus revival...in conjunction with the "sex, drugs and rock n roll side of that era...I have heard Keith's story as well as 2nd Chapter of Acts (Siblings)
There has not ever been a posthumous "testimony" or any for that matter, other than Keith's that has touched me to the core. His wife, Melody and his surviving daughters still run the Last Days ministry in Texas to this day...what a loss for us yet a gain for Heaven when he died so young.

Here's an early one:He was on Dick Cavet too...I think it was Cavet?? Hi Rollo!!!!!!!!!
Ah, yes you did! That lyric used to make me feel bad for the Holy Spirit, lol...you know, like He was "left behind" and forced to stay in this icky world! But of course, that was quite awhile back and, I've come a way's since then :)I love the way He captures the Trinity in this song!
