But it isn't true that "FEMA has allocated" that money, as this woman claims. She is wrong. CONGRESS allocated it. You are proving my point, friend. FACT-CHECK YOUR CLAIMS, don't just repeat videos of others because they paint the current Administration in a bad light.

I think there is so much red tape and so many government agencies that everything gets mixed up or delayed.
