I remember a Venezuelan woman interviewed on the news about how horrible the situation was....sky high prices of food and more, lack of goods.

She kept fearfully looking over her shoulder as she apparently could have been arrested for talking to the Press!!!


I also remember the empty shelves in our markets during The Pandemic. The markets were jammed....a neighbor kindly drove me. Shelves empty so I collected about 16 frozen dinners for my elderly mom and I.

In the checkout line, the cashier told me I could only buy two of each brand. So I ended up walking out with only four frozen dinners!!! I told him I didn't have a car and couldn't come back the next day as he told me to do....and I had an elderly mom. Told him the frozen dinners area was full...but it did no good.

I phoned the other market (Ralph's) and they told me I could buy as many frozen meals as I wanted!!! I never went back to the other market again.

Now she's promising people $25,000 towards a down payment on a home.
But where is all of this money going to come from? The tax payers. Also, the deficit is gigantic....she will be adding to that.

Ok, that is just silly. All politicians want power and money for themselves, unless perchance they want to follow Jesus Christ and are politicians because he asked them to run for office. And ironically, I am we are in California, where the Democrat rule, and they did give us some money back not long ago. My wife and I got $ 700, because they said that had a huge surplus. We got in on the Thursday before the Tuesday election with got Gov. Newsom and landslide victory. He had been forced into a run off election not too long before that. He won that challenge to him being governor, but not like he won the last election, where his party sent money to everyone, including me, right before the election.

And worse yet, it wasn't but a few months later that we then got the news that California is in serious debt!! Just the opposite of what we had been told before the money was sent to us because we had too much money.

Now I went on the internet to find out just how bad it is at the moment and it shows:

California government debt is about 145.03 billion U.S. dollars right now, and all that apparently since the vote for the land side victory that has him in office right now!!

And my niece is actually supposed to be a very smart lady. She got fantastic grades in engineering at UCSD, and has a great job at a well know tech company. But sadly, she doesn't know the Lord and so thinks the Democrats want to give us all money! And apparently, they want to make sure we don't pay very much for all we do buy, even though they ran up the US dept massively causing the highest inflation in 40 years.

As for me, I don't make much money in my business that I run. But I also don't have any debt, thanks to the Lord coming into my life. He got me out of that, but our country is getting into it.

Price controls guarantee scarcity as producers cut back or even stop producing food if they can not run the business.
The real reason food prices are up is the Biden Harris government of democrats created massive inflation which devalues dollars.

I also imagine food quality will drop. Squeeze food producers from farms to stores and something is going to give. Stores and producers could fire millions of workers too.

When socialists gain more power, things get better for them and worse for the millions they rule. Even the poor will feel the heavy hands of ever bigger government control, no one under them can escape this. They promise them freedom, but create slaves of depravities. Look at how they appeal to the flesh. The end of that is an eventual destruction.

Well unless she declares and gets congress to approve a national emergency- if she tries to use price controls- she will be fought not only by the right, but by most states governors as well as the major food producers. packers and grocers. the people on the dole will praise her, but th erest will fight her.

I remember Homer Simpson had become Mayor and his thing was, can't sombody else do it ! i think that was it. and the garboes came into your house to fetch the bin and all, everyone was thrilled with Homer, but when reality of for the cost came !

Yeah - it is incredible. There is something in the Bible about if you don't work you don't eat. Of course we know God is merciful, but He did set things up like:

So I work - and always have. I like it that way.

Btw, the grocers say their profit margin is very small. Kamala sure doesn't know what she is doing.

Trump wants to drill and get gas prices lowered. Then food prices, etc, will come down.
