I cannot speak for JW's but you got me wrong. I never said Jesus is a liar, only that he obviously lied. You just don't want to admit it.

For some reason, this offends your sensibilities. The real Jesus is who we should emulate, innocent as a dove, wise like a serpent. This wisdom includes not always telling the truth straight up. This explains, in part, why he spoke in parables and rarely answered direct questions (meant to trap him) directly.

And I never said Jesus is a Christian IDOL. Rather, I was referring to the subject we are not allowed to discuss. It would be cool if you'd attack me for what I said rather than always invoking Strawman arguments. Getting back to:
