JOB TITLE: Interior Installer
SITE LOCATION: Little Rock, AR

COMPENSATION / SCHEDULE
Pay: $1520/week. $57 OT. Per diem to those that qualify.

WORK SCHEDULE:
2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 2AM or Midnight
3rd Shift - 11PM - 7AM or 12AM -8AM
Weekend - 5AM - 5:30Pm 3x12's (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

3+ years aircraft interiors, installation specific experience highly preferred


JOB DESCRIPTION –


The Installer must complete assigned tasks with the allocated man-hour budgets and on a schedule while maintaining quality standards and performing the tasks within the guidelines of all safety and regulatory requirements.

Fabricate, assemble, and install products, such as window panels, headliners, decorative panel, access panel, etc.
Install main cabin cabinet such as Galley, Crew Closet, entertainment cabinets, window shades, Side ledges, tables, Mid Run cabinet, lavatory cabinets, etc.
Install final assemblies (including sinks, water, air and oxygen systems, drawers …).
Perform functional checks on installed systems.
Adjust and perform functional test on mechanical assemblies such as drawers, magazine racks, doors, curtain, tables
Install and fit carpeting in the aircraft.
Install and perform function tests on cockpit and cabin seats.
Set up and operate standard shop equipment.
Accurately log labor performed into our Manufacturing Execution System.
Complete tasks in quality manner within allocated budgets and schedules.
Assist others as required.
Work in accordance with Company rules, including but not limited to Safety, Training, Quality, Human resources…
Work in accordance with Business Unit rules, including but not limited to Tool Control, 5S…
Must present a professional manner at all times.
Keep work areas clean and presentable at all times.

Position: A&P Mechanic - Perryville, MO Only qualified candidates with the below experience will be considered for this position.

Adjusts, aligns, and calibrates aircraft systems, using hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.
Maintain and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling when required.
Work independently on projects when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years current experience maintaining, inspecting, servicing and repairing Gulfstream, Hawker or Citation corporate aircraft.
FAA A&P License and high school diploma or GED.
Prefer candidates who possess an Associate Degrees in Aviation Maintenance or related area of study plus Lear specific experience or training.
Must be able to work overtime as needed to include nights, weekends and / or holidays.
Work schedule assignments will be made based on business need along with demonstrated level of knowledge, skills and experience.
Must be able to read, write, interpret and speak the English language.
Adhere to general work & safety rules.
Be self-motivated, able to work well in a team-oriented environment and take pride in work performed.
Demonstrate leadership abilities, sound decision-making and understand the man hours assigned by job and assign tasks to technicians based on their level of knowledge in order to meet or stay under the hours for the overall project.
Possess the ability to identify an obstacle or potential problem before it happens, devise a plan and apprise management. Must have excellent problem solving skills and be customer oriented.
Able to lift at least 50 lbs or more.
Routine standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting or stooping.
Manual work requires routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
Work is performed in a hangar environment subject to extreme temperature variations from very cold to very hot.
