satan is the father of lies. And one of his current areas of operation is the misuse of photo shop and the internet. And they are not just tools, but the end result. It is so scary to think that AS OF NOW WE CAN NEVER KNOW WHAT IS TRUTH AND WHAT IS NOT. Except for God's word. But that goes without saying here.

Ok, well, journalists do lie at times, but there was always THE UNDENIABLE PROOF OF A PHOTO!
But now, the manipulation skills are astounding !!

As always, satan takes the inventions and intentions that God gives us for good, and uses them. Because he does not have one creative mist in his mysticism. It is up to us to discern.
All we can do now is stand. Study. Fellowship with each other in an outreaching way. Get ready.

What is truth, what is reality ? Especially when we are looking for the signs of His coming. But then again, we will know in our spirit, for He will guide us.

(ps. No, I am not looking for the signs of His coming on the intenet.)

Don't read this, it's way too long. Just glance and get the gist of it. If you have a program such as this, and in the music industry, hard work and practice are no longer necessary...... good pitch and tempo are no longer and issue. In my opinion, it's no longer art, it's all about sexuality and your visual image--which is manipulated as well by photoshopping your hips and thighs away.

It was speculated for years that the original recording by BoneyM .... "By The Rivers of Babylon" .... was all sung by one person who overdubbed all his different voices into one recording.

Because there was demand for live appearances he hired "singers" to lip sync the lyrics as can be seen in this 1978 recording.

I think it's ok when a recording artist dubs his or her own voice. After all, it is their voice. What I take issue with is when artists sing a line of musical notes, all off key of course, and then the studio engineer by use of these manipulation programs, transforms their flat notes into sharp notes, on pitch.
And the same with drum kits now. You hit the base once, and it ricochets several time for every one of your taps. That is cheating in my book, and has nothing to do with talent. And why are they called artists anyway ? Oh yeah, they are artists of illusion lol !!

Pity. I would be ashamed to be in front of a crowd and use these "smoke screens."

Shame is a good thing. It shows us when we are off course. Kind of like a warning bell. But sadly hardly anyone feels it anymore.

Edited to say this: I NOW REMEMBER WHAT IT'S CALLED. IT'S CALLED "AUTO TUNE" !!! All the kids nowadays know about it, and it's a HIT on the inner internets ! (sorry, that's what I call the net. inside joke...) It's where the engineer records your voice singing any note, sour, flat, whatever, then uses the program to make it higher or lower until it is where they need it to be.

People like Britney Spears would be totally lost without it.

The emphasis now is on sex. You get a decent looking person, half dressed on stage, and get them to lip sync to prerecorded music where their voice has been "enhanced", and they dance suggestively. But even that isn't dancing in my book. It's more like glorified cheerleading LOL ! Now, ballet.....THAT'S DANCING ! ;)

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TALENT INVOLEVED WHAT SO EVER IN A LOT OF TODAYS "MUSIC" !! (for lack of a better term)

Yes indeed, which many seem to be misinformed on the entity, thinking that the "Word of God" is referring to the scriptures rather than the Son. :)
