Scriptures tells us very clearly......deal with the presence of satan directly...."satan it is written...be gone in the name of Jesus...Amen".
Generally satan will only hang around if his target is not keeping righteous life style. Having said that, I hasten....he may visit at any time. Be ready to notice the presence.

The banishing ritual's existence belies the lack of control witches have over the spiritual world. Jesus asked, How can Satan drive out Satan?

He wil not is the short answer, but by devoting themselves to Satan's cause a witch may be able to make evil spirits fall in line with the will of their master, Satan.

That means if someone gets cancer for example, they will not be able to banish the cancer because Satan seeks the death of his human servants along with everyone else. That is his will, to kill, steal, and destroy.

We know from the bible that witchcraft is.

Galatians 5:20 tells us idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions

More to the point is Micah 5:12 I will destroy your witchcraft and you will no longer cast spells.

Even in Acts 19:19 A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas.

I could go on but will tell you that the belief...( at least at one time) ... was more with the RCC and if you ever have the chance to sit and talk to an older Italian man or woman and ask what stories they can share it
might just amaze you.

It is very real. And while I have heard many who have tried their "spell" castings that have not worked... perhaps that is because as Tony said Satan might not even know about it. And his demons are just not always present when invoked.... I have herd of those who have.

It is nothing I want to mess with... even if Satan is not present.

There are more than enough demons to allow all who are actually involved in the spiritual dark side to display supernatural manifestations.
