Is This a trend....a movement....a denomination....a cultural shift....or just apathy? Looking for opinions and comments.

Of course you have the democrat communists that are the enemy of God, country, or anything good. But then you have the kicker, Christians, that don't even have a Bible and then you have Christians that think that biblical morals are old fashion and not relevant in our times. That biblical morals deny human and civil rights. Is this a growing trend, to believe in Christ, but discard the morals of the Bible? The emergence of the moralless Christians, is this a real thing?

Simply put, I'd say it's just another "feel good" religion Satan-designed, I'm sure, to sooth the worldly masses into delusion.
We've had moraless "Christians" all along, it's only getting more and more prevalent and noticeable. It's like some, not the many but some think that God just winks at living in sin.
So sad. People want to create their own god which ultimately is themselves. We have a Unitarian Universalist church by me and...that is exactly what they do and believe. Their eyes are darkened.

Now I could understand how people might think that I hate or I am prejudice against the democrats. lol That is not it at all, intellectually and religiously I am against hate and prejudice. Hate is the road to sin and cruelty…”May His blood be upon us and or children!” and prejudice is just stupid. Most of us have grown up hearing…Judge the sin not the sinner… but when the sinner not only becomes your enemy but the enemy of God, you have to address it and take a stand…just be sure you have your ducks in a row and you are on the right side of the line….

So why do I address and confront?

Here ya go…I am picking on the men…a male democrat maybe good looking and nice and polite. He maybe a hard working tax payer. He maybe a doctor or a truck driver. He maybe a good husband and father and grandfather. He may have served his country in the military. He maybe a church go’er and contribute to charities. Just an all around great guy, right?

Well when he goes in and votes democrat, either because he believes in what they support and their initiatives or just out of pure ignorance, he supports what they do.

When he votes democrat he is supporting, the murder of 600,000 babies a year. Some screaming as they are murdered! Over time, ten years that is 8 million babies mercilessly murdered, that is 8 with 9 zeros…The sin, a mother murdering their own child. Murder is pretty serious sin…ahhh! If you think not, let me know.

When he votes democrat he is supporting, homosexuality and gay marriage. And like murder, it is one of the sins that will disqualify you from the kingdom of heaven.

When he votes democrat he is supporting the drug culture…Another reason that they want open borders. Drugs threaten our children, destroy lives, families, and souls. But for sure democrats are not the only ones doing drugs, but it is no secret that the democrats own the drug culture…lol…not too many republicans owning pot stores.

When he votes democrat he is supporting, a party that has removed God from our schools and is attempting to remove God from our country. They burn Bibles and churches and curse Christ. They leave out the phrase “Under God” from the National Anthem.

When he votes democrat he is supporting, a party that discriminates against Christians, and Jews for that matter. Shutting down churches and holidays but giving a free pass for the murderous mobs.

When he votes democrat he is supporting, removing religious monuments from public places. And also our historical monuments…the whole Cancel Culture thing is strictly democrat.

When he votes democrat he is supporting, a party that openly express their hatred for this country and its flag…they burn the American flag…ironically the people burning the flag are probably wards of the state…we are paying them to do that.

When he votes democrat he is supporting, the party that supports or even directs these destructive and murderous mobs.

Of course it was a democrat governor Andrew Cuomo that put thousands of Covid patients in nursing homes when a hospital ship equipped for Covid was docked in their harbor. Around 6500 elderly nursing home residents died from that. Stupidity or intent?

When he votes democrat he is supporting, the anti-gun agenda, attempting to disarm the public and shutdown the police, leaving the public defenseless against the criminals that they coddle and support. In case you do not know it…criminal do not obey gun laws…that is why they call them criminals. If they come into your home and kill you, they try to justify it, if you defend yourself they try to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. Evil hates good!

Don’t believe them! You are not what you say you are, you are what you do, as it is in this world, but then when you stand before Christ, you are what you did. and that ye must confess him by mouth and believe that GOD has raised him from the dead in order to be saved .
AND they call that hate . YOU all would be amazed at how many within even christendom now

This is so very correct! I see it 3 days a week at a food pantry/soup kitchen I work at. It is run by a very liberal Episcopalian Church. They seem only to take the ONE aspect of God -love- and run with it and it alone. So, it is the mentality that God only comes in one size, so to speak Even one of their Brothers (he is a monk of sorts) is and has for years now, living with another congregant...not married. But that is okay with their church. Anything goes it seems...unless you disagree of course
I sometimes wonder if I should be finding somewhere else to give of my time as, the bible does say to have nothing to do with them. I love it there and it did pull me out of a deep darkness but, I am seeing things differently now. I say and I do mean that i am there for the clients so...just because this "love" church runs it, then it shouldn't matter yet...I am thinking maybe it does as, many of them from that church are also involved in the Center. When the volunteers have our Christmas parties...am I not eating with with them? Having fellowship also?

And here is another question...what will it take for Christ to return?
Things have gotten very bad at various times in history.
The destruction of the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem in 70 ad, was a bad thing.
Nearly 300 years of horrors for the Christians was a bad thing...that end around 325 ad.
And there were horrible things going on in different parts of the world.
There were large evil empires that have existed at various time in history and at times these empires were so large that they dominated the world...and as it was Christ did not return, even though the world was mostly evil.
And in modern times...today there are people suffering at the hands of evil counties...communism...dictators.
In the past, during WW1 and WW2 countries came together to fight the evils of the world.
But as time went on there were fewer and fewer countries that were willing to stand up to evil...or invest a lot into it.
As it stands today the United States is the only country that has stood against evil. And it is one of the few that has the power to do it.
That makes it a target for Satan. The only country standing between him and world domination. Now there are other countries that are not evil, but they neither have the desire or the power to stand up to the evils of the world...they would be crushed pretty easily and quickly.
So as it is the last remaining chance this planet has is the United States....unless Christ returns quickly. So that is one of the questions posed. As it is now the United States is under attack from within and being pushed into communism and atheism.

So then, one of my interests in this, is this new denomination, the role it has played and how it got started and what motivates it and where does that motivation come from? This new denomination does not have any one name or central power. Kind of like the Hydra, it is very large and not any one head is in control of it. So it is not easy to address. It exist more or less as trendy beliefs and socially accepted attitudes and tolerances.

You can look into it yourself but most statistics are showing that for Europe, the United States, and Canada, Christianity is on the decline, church attendance is down, churches are shutting down, and the general interest in Christianity is on the decline. But the numbers for this new denomination, it is hard to calculate, it is not going to show up for anything that people normally count. Even though it appears to be very popular.

Will Christianity disappear from Canada?

This has been going on for awhile, but most notably for the last 70 years and has accelerate in the last 30 years. Why are people moving away from the values of "Mainstream Christianity" (for lack of better words) What are your thoughts?
Is it....social?
Is social morality looking more intelligent?
Is social morality looking more fair? Do people think that Christian morals are unfair to some people?
Is it the age of the Bible?
Is it that people think that Christian morals are outdated and backward?
Is it just Christian apathy?

What are the reasons that people are following this movement or choosing this line of thinking?
Is it that some people have family, friends, or coworkers that live in lifestyles or do things that Christianity - the Bible finds sinful and they do not want to be critical or condemning of their friends, family etc. Children that have had abortions or use drugs or are homosexuals or are sexually promiscuous?
Or is it that they just find Christian morals unfair in general? That Christian moral impede on the rights of people.
Or do they just feel that people should mind their own business, live and let live....?
Or again just straight up Christian apathy?

The slippery slope...
The big problem is that, as society becomes more and more deviant, this new denomination seems to be following it and growing. The most important thing to them, seems to be do not condemn or criticize. Here in the US the Christian voice has been nearly silenced.

I know more about the social decline in the United States in that there is a growing lack of respect for authority, for the law, and an increased interest in coddling the criminals and deviants and the perverted. We are at the point now that the demonrats and leftists are seeing no harm in having sex with young children. Our president here cannot control himself, sniffing young girl's hair and fondling them on camera. He has a history of sexually harassing women too. Sexually molesting children, if it becomes a norm, that is accepted, you will see it more frequent in families. Legalization of drugs has been a trend all over the world, they are starting to legalize drugs here and it will move on to other drugs. Then once legalized the penalty for giving legal drugs (marijuana) to children will be reduced.

Once you start the decline it is not going to get better.

So then the question is and I am asking, what should Christians be doing?
Of course I am ex-military so I believe in taking the "evil" by the horns, but I do not expect everyone to agree.

Should we protest?

Should we write letters to our political leaders?

Should we vote against these people?

Should we boycott?

Should we start a media campaign?

Should we shun these people that are evildoers? Simply not tolerate them?

Should we mind our own business?

I agree that religion does not instill morality. If it were able to I don't believe Christian history would have documented so many immoral members throughout.

With regard to the idea of a new denomination forming, I'm not surprised all that much anymore.

This world, and country, being I'm also an American, has been driving toward the darkness for quite awhile. Maybe it's only a natural evolution given that , that we'd soon learn of sects rising up to praise the journey.

Ya history...the fracture of the church into over 30,000 denominations caused confusion and does not promote unity. And then society has degraded worldwide...the United States is the final beacon and it is under attack from within.

And I'm afraid it will only get worse. I see us being groomed to become like China.

They are Communist but are to a point alse democratic-capitalist. I think that evolution is the whole reason for this world wide pandemic and the fear paradigm behind it.

Fear the virus = mask up and fear one another and self-isolate. Let others take care of your needs. Let government send you money while you live afraid and don't work. Learn to live with less and blame it on the virus. Fear not complying with these new rules.

Stay six feet apart and always have a mask. So that over this last year and beyond we lose our identity out in the open.

And when one state government early on thought about mandating masks in the privacy of our own homes, some of us thought that may be a good idea.

And be willing to sacrifice for the greater good, the safety of all. You don't go to work. Why should you expect to go to church, temple, the mosque? Think of the dangers! Someone might sneeze!

And whatever you do, don't think to ask the question: If we're going to be safe wearing a mask, why do we need to stay six (666?) feet apart?

If we can't go to work due to the risk of being gathered together in groups, why is it Ok for others gathered in large groups to deliver necessities to us while we're in lockdown at home?
All because we're at risk while they're designated as essential.

OBEY!

It's only going to get worse.

Because we're not all brave enough to stop it. We'd rather all comply just to feel safe.
