You are the one sounding unhinged and obscene -- wanting to force personal religious beliefs on others through physical violence - so do not project your issues onto me por favor.

No, you are missing the point. The U.S. has ALWAYS had laws based on religious beliefs from the Bible, esp. the Ten Commandments. Laws against stealing, adultery, murder....

If God has a case then present it - so far you have failed from a religious perspective to make a coherent case.
From a secular perspective you have no case either ..

Now, you're just repeating your silly assertions.

Then you make the absurd statement "its not for humans to decide when life begins" - There is no "beginning" to life .. Life is a continuum..

Again, you have twisted what I'm saying. I never implied that "life is a continuum."

And we are not talking about "Life" in general .. or "Human Life" in general .. a heart cell is just as alive and human as a zygote .. yet you don't seem to mind if one of those is killed .. or the numerous other cells.

A heart cell doesn't have the potential to develop into a complete human being. A human zygote does.

The fact is that abortion stops a beating heart; it doesn't just destroy a single a heart cell!

We are talking about "the life of a human" note the noun usage once again .. as opposed to descriptive adjective.. and thus far .. you have failed horribly and making a case that a living human exists.

Lol, you have never answered the question about whether a 15-week old baby in the womb is in fact "A human."

Please keep the debate civil....and you don't know what God thinks either. No one knows

Nor did I claim to know what God thinks on the issue of when the soul arrives. Others however are making such claims - putting words in God's mouth .. words not spoken in scripture - and then going out and condoning forcing this made up belief on others through physical violence (Law) - and doing this in God's name.

The issue is really about whether voting is sinful or not. Since there is really only a semblance of democracy with very little to choose from in the exercise of the vote, I would say that it is harmful enough. The more importance we put on the vote the more we tend towards trusting in men in any case. And this is definitely not in keeping with not leaning on our own understanding.

Breaking News....
Homeland Security chairman Ron Johnson demanding information from the FBI on Hunter Biden case.
FBI replied that they cannot confirm or deny that there is an investigation on going, only that they have the laptop.
Homeland Security is a senior department to the FBI, but if they will not comply to the President's request there is no reason to expect they will comply to Homeland Security.

We are not talking about such Laws - as explained to you previously. None of the above is part of Essential Liberty"

What part of this distinction do you not understand .. because previously you claimed to understand this distinction but you clearly don't.

In the US - Congress is forbidden to make law on the basis of religious belief .. The US was founded as a Secular Nation - not a the "Theocracy" which you seem to desire.

The above refers to any law in general. Now with respect to essential Liberty .. this is doubly forbidden .. Gov't is to have no power - of its own volition - to mess with essential liberty. That is the definition of a constitutional republic.

The founding principles are rooted in the Golden Rule - "Rule that Sums up the Law and the Prophets" Matt 7:12 according to Jesus.

You want to violate this rule as a function of public policy .. as a function of Law. and this is unfortunate.

YOU are not talking about such laws. I AM! Why do you get to frame this debate? Who made you the moderator??

There you go being condescending again. A person who relies on condescension doesn't have a strong case.

The bottomline in this debate is that ultimately God creates the baby in the womb. We are not to destroy innocent life created by God.

You can talk about Laws relating to crimes of harm all you like - this does not change the fact that here is a distinction between these actions .. one person on another (murder, theft, rape) .. and essential liberty - actions which do not harm another person directly.

This is not condescending .. this is reality - one you don't seem to want to accept.

Ultimately God does everything that happens in the world if you want to look at things that way .. including the decision to abort - so this was God's decision according to your logic - and so no problem.

You do not know what God thinks about the Mighty Zygote - and that is the bottom line.

Good then post from there - and include link..
I'm still kinda at a loss for understanding your assertions at other places in this thread.

I believe in teaching yourself if you want to know something.

I practically drew you a roadmap of where to find the pieces of information. But for whatever reason you don't seem to want to know and be sure for yourself of what I'm talking about.

There's REASONS why the bulk of Christiandom stands against abortion...this is but one piece of information. (Strongest statement by far)
So I don't understand why you would risk angering God when your understanding is but a few clicks and some reading. Those who teach are held to a higher standard than those who don't. And you seem to be trying to teach this board something that goes against generally held beliefs.

This is exactly what I'm talking about when I say that you twist my words. Kind of like the devil did in the Garden.

Wow! What a huge stretch to get this out of the things I've said. Someone would have to be either stupid or dishonest to draw this conclusion. I really don't think that you are stupid.

I never said nor implied that "ultimately God does everything that happens in the world." I don't believe this, of course!

BTW, I know who you are, so you can just stop the charade.

... I really don't think that you are stupid. ...

Nope not "stupid", just a messenger from satan to tease, torment, deceive, and disrupt.

...
BTW, I know who you are, so you can just stop the charade.

When liars are caught and placed on IGNORE, they come back with unsuspecting NEW NAMES until the game gets repeated.

I don't know that this person is trying to torment anyone. (I TRY not to assume the worst of people until they prove me wrong.)

I think that they are stating their genuine beliefs, but they are accusing others wrongly in the process. Perhaps they don't know any better.

I would most respectfully disagree. -- Right now YOU are being tormented with their lies, which you take the effort to refute; they misrepresent the most Basic TRUTHS whether in the NEWS or the Scriptures; and "somehow" they "just don't get it", because THAT'S THE GAME THEY PLAY.

In psychology this game is called "Kick Me Again", where you are the one being set-up over and over and over. -- Personally, I prefer the IGNORE feature! :)

With My VERY Best Regards,

Ah, the old "Kick me again" ploy, lol! This is why I refuse to keep answering the same questions.... I go for the bottomline. Not everyone gets it, though, so I pray that they will.
