Hi there,

So a very simple concept for you to get your head around: in the beginning, nothing broke the Law, that's the beginning (selah).

What does this mean? It means that God was determined that nothing break the Law, and nothing broke the Law. If nothing breaks the Law, then it is perfect. If something perfectly does not break the Law, then it can be created, within the boundaries of the Law. But if something perfectly breaks the Law, then nothing is created. Thus God created nothing. God created nothing, but He did not attempt to create it perfectly, thus as far as God is concerned, the need for the Law to be perfect was kept perfect, by the creation of nothing - nothing that did not attempt to be perfectly nothing, nor replace that which was nothing, when there should have been something.

You may need to read this a few times to understand it, the essential point is that the Law required of God that He create (we see this in the struggle with nothing not being perfect, but being replaced by "something").

I hope this has been of some fascination for you.

God bless.
