I've read "7 Things You Have to Know to Understand End Times Prophecy". Has a fascinating take on the difference between OT, NT and then Tribulation Saints. Am slowly reading "Understanding Revelation", but for me, of course, its mostly mere review.

I'll take a look at it. I like to know what other believers are reading. I use the bible as the test but I know that God has given some the gift of teaching.

Yes I guess there is no utopia this side of Heaven but still I liked the earlier era better than now. We know that "there is no good thing in me" - yet still there is something missing today. When my daughter and I went to the airport, we got breakfast and there was nowhere to sit, it was so crowded. There was a row of chairs with two empty seats and two men sitting on either side. I had broken my foot and was in a cast, and my daughter had a bandage on from a dog bite incident. The two men had their belongings sitting on the empty seats and saw us standing there and neither one moved their things so we could sit down and eat. I finally sat right down on the young guy's book bag and ate. He become ruffled and yanked his book bag out from under me without a word. Then the other guy saw that we weren't going to let them hog the chairs and he moved his things so my daughter could sit. That was just an example of people not caring about others. It was selfishness. It's the mentality of not caring about others. Respectability is missing. There is no social pressure from others to do the right thing. Years ago that would have been frowned upon but now it's an anything-goes society.

I think its funny that we get the first decent president we've had in eons and all these suspicions about him are voiced. That he speaks out of turn and puts his foot in his mouth no matter. Remember;

Unless the Holy Spirit has told you such a thing it's not wise to speculate on dark suspicions.

He's doing America far better than our previous bad joke of a fearless leader.

He has had the guts to stand up not only to to the corrupt animals of the Washington swamp but to the worse than corrupt foreign leaders. Something the cowardly Obama would never do. Barack Obama was so busy cow towing and doing obeisance before them he couldn't do ONE decent thing.

The criticism of the liberals and democraps alone is enough to warrant praise for Trump.

When I see a man doing good and all he gets is criticism something is wrong. It's rumors and empty innuendo.

Thanks for clarifying that. I researched it but somehow missed that. I'm going to look it up. I saw a photo of one of the popes online throwing the devil's horn sign and his eyes were evil. It emanated out of him. It's disturbing that so many Catholics are deluded.

Yes I was so relieved that President Trump won - I had prayed and asked God for him to win. I was hesitant to voice my suspicions because I know he's had so much against him. He's done more for this country than the last presidents did. I do believe now that 9-11 was an inside job committed by Bush. His brother was a demolitions expert and they said the building collapsed in too orderly of a manner. Many architects have come out and demanded an investigation due to all the suspicious happenings but none was forthcoming from what I understand.

We know Obama was bad - he basically single-handedly destroyed America. He seemed to delight in planting foreigners in our midst, frightening people after 9-11. I read about a family that moved from Texas because so many were planted there. They moved to New Hampshire to get away from the masses of foreigners and then Obama tried to ship a lot of middle-easterners from terror-prone countries into NH. The family stood up against it - all the neighbors joined in protest against it. I had a foreigner approach me when I was shopping. He started kissing my arm and saying things he shouldn't. All these things converged to show me this country is being systematically destroyed. Obama is responsible for planting people in America that don't hold our values. Look at all the angry migrants trying to break into the country from the caravan, waving their country's flags. Most are young men. I read that a lot of them work on the farms and other jobs and deal drugs on the side using their contacts from Mexico. Drugs have ruined this country. Clinton knew it, which is evil beyond what anyone can conceive due to the massive suffering it's caused. It got bad RIGHT AFTER NAFTA I read. The merchandise produced in Mexico was loaded onto the trucks along with loads of drugs. Only 3% of trucks were ever inspected. The DEA knew about it and Clinton instructed them to not speak about it.

Can you imagine the sheer darkness in someone's heart that can affect untold number of people who became hooked on those drugs, consumed them until they died horrendous deaths. Entire families were destroyed. Our area has a high illegal population and some farmworkers were caught selling drugs. The area is just saturated with drugs. It's just a mess what has been done to destabilize our country. I don't want to sound like I oppose all migrants - my grandson's best friend is from Mexico and is a very nice boy. He and his sister have been over and are nice kids - we met their parents and they were very nice. It's the masses coming in that are overwhelming hospitals, and changing the country and many will go on welfare is what concerns everyone. Our taxes are outrageous. We just can't be squeezed anymore to support all these people. It's insanity. There is no organized way to handle it. Everyone is concerned about them voting Democrat which will turn America into socialism. We know it doesn't work because of what happened in Venezuela.

Everything is so corrupt now - these legislators get in and vote for all the things that harm us and the country. They lie until they're elected. It's been proven that psychopaths go for positions of power like that. Maybe you can aspire to public office? I wish more Christians would go for those positions. Look at Ocasio-Cortez - she's a walking disaster. She can only inflict harm. With all the people in NY there isn't one Christian who will come forth and get into office? That's what I can't understand. Please urge believers to attain to those positions - or elese consider getting into office yourself. If I was in better condition I would surely run for office simply because of all the wrong I see.

It's just adding more problems to our already overburdened people, welfare system, school systems, and hospitals. Wait until you go into the hospital doubled over and can't be seen because they're there getting free medical care. It was a nightmare. I would never deny someone in true need but this isn't feasible. There is no common sense in what's happening. We can't take on the problems of all these people. We should help them in their own countries as we're able, to be merciful as Scripture says. My husband would volunteer. I think we should take the aid and build hospitals, and a functioning government there. Piling this many people in here is a recipe for disaster. It's greatly multiplying the problems already in the country. I just don't see anything changing - the damage has been done. Wages have stayed flat since 2006 yet we're expected to pay taxes, insurance, a mortgage, a car payment etc. Everyone I know is struggling - like the nurse practitioner. They're squeezing us until nothing is left. This is the unrest I have. I share the concerns you outlined above. They're letting these people back on the street where they can harm. I just see a disaster coming.

I do pray a lot and feel God close but I do believe that we as Christians should pray repeatedly because of the times we're in.

Thanks - I like free! We're giving away a lot of Christian videos we had bought. They accumulate and when you get older you just don't want to have as much. We've been packrats for too long.
