News broadcasts typically have a “host”…to report events …and multiple “commentators and guests” giving their “OPINIONS”…which are not always factual….and absolutely intended to influence Listeners to the “opinion” of the news outlets owner.
Such “Opinions” being broadcast during a time-slot promoted as NEWS…is intended to be promoted and hopefully received to the listener as factual….but are in fact OPINIONS..and WHY Trump calls them…FAKE NEWS.
For someone to try and disparage news reports as gossip is ridiculously uninformed. That claim malignes and disparages genuine news broadcasts that ,in concert with print news media, invalidates the discussions that occur in Current Events forum.
It is inappropriate to make such a claim in a thread regarding the rape of a 5 year old child.
