Many believe that if you are free from the law then you are also free to and from sin. But think about this. If you were to abolish all law, both Gods law and mans law, would the people on the earth suddenly become righteous and sin no more? Of course not! All this would do is make the people on earth a bunch of lawless sinners.

But this is the arguement many so called Christians are trying to put forth. They think they can sin without consequence because they believe they are free from the law, but not free from sin. This arguement is totally backwards.

Now think about this. If you are made free from sin, THEN you will also be free from the condemnation of the law that condemns sin.

It is written in
1 Timothy 1:9
Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,….”

If you are made righteous and made free from sin by the grace of God, then you are also free from the condemnation of the law that condemns sin.

Romans 6:14
For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Peace

I have to disagree with Paul here. The law was made for everyone. The righteous man is simply the one who keeps the law. (The lawless and disobedient obviously don't.) To say that a law-keeper doesn't need the law is wrong; he needs it to guide his choices, even if he always makes those choices in accordance with the law.

This concept is not hard to understand.

To remove the law of God from the world will not result in the removal of sin from the world.

But if you remove sin from the world, then you will also remove the need for a law that condemns sin.

Same answer. The law is made for everyone, the righteous included.
The law was not given to everyone….

Deuteronomy 5:1-3

King James Version

5 And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them.
2 The Lord our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.
3 The Lord made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.”

Romans 9:4
Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;

If you are free from sin then you are also free from the condemnation of the law that condemns sin.

The Law was given the Hebrews forward to the Tribes of Israel.

The Commands were given the Hebrews forward to the Tribes….and forward to all of manKind, less the Sabbaths days.

The Precepts were given to ALL of manKind, and adherence or lack thereof instigates the strife, tribulations of man against man in this world.

The Law of the Hebrews/Tribes was fulfilled, but not abolished.

The Commands and Precepts are continuously being fulfilled….and reneged…even rejected….by manKind.

The fulfillment of the Hebrew/Tribes Sabbath…for Gentiles is every day is a day the Lord hath made and pray without ceasing….
The Sabbath(S)….are days of remembrance of Israels beginnings and history of and with God…and He with them….and their Deliverances throughout history.

Freedom….Liberty FROM SIN…is an OFFERING (According to Gods Order and Way) From the Lord God given to ALL men;
* To reach out and TAKE, HAVE, POSSESS, and be KEPT unto that man for ever and ever, By the Power of God.

Glory to God,
Taken

Yeah it's in Matthew 5:
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil..../KJV

So the 10 commandments still apply to everyone. Jesus fulfilled the law meaning he walked sinless according to the Law, and by one man sin entered the world, one perfect man (Jesus) all can be redeemed.

So when we are born again we pass from death into life and so no condemnaton applies to us anymore for we have passed unto life. And with that...we start walking in the Spirit and being led by the Spirit, so anything that Holy Spirit tells you to do...it might be illegal according to mans law, like the Lord busting Peter out of Prison! So it was illegal but we are subject to God and His higher purpose, so make a run for it! !

I remember Sid Roth had a guest named, Gary Whetstone, and he was in a mental institution and was supposed to have a lobotomy tomorrow so they let two clergyman in to talk to Gary and they led him to the Lord and he prayed and was then in his right mind! Healed. And so what's a guy to do, tell the psychiatrist that he is in his right mind because he heard Jesus! (Uh-Oh), and the Psychiatrist srats writing on his note pad, hears the voice of God...and Gary picked up on it, and went across that desk and jerked him up! Hey this is real!

They jumped him real quick and shot him up with something and took him back upstairs and told him to stand here we'll be right back...and the the Lord spoke to him and said, Run! and the door with 6 locks on it was open so he took off!

That wasnt illegal! That was a Rescue operation! Lol.

If you are free from sin then you are also free from the condemnation of the law that condemns sin.

Here is this Truth below…

Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Walking after the flesh=walking in a lifestyle of sin.
