Congratulations Wynona and husband.

A brother for your little girl.bless their little hearts.

How’s he going through the night?

Both beautiful children, a Blessing from God.

Their skin always amazes me, it’s like porcelain ,not one blemish.

My distrust of people had grown so strong, I never wanted to share baby pictures on social media publicly.

But I like you guys.

Ozaias was born 12:56pm November 9th, 2024. He weighed 7lbs 4oz. He's amazing and tiny and I really like his face!

I know there are more trials ahead. But I am thankful that God is giving me wisdom. I've grown as a wife, mom, homemaker, and believer. I like the person I becoming. I used to rush through everything and think I'd never be enough. Now I go at my own pace that I can sustain. I'm learning to enjoy my life again. Discipline is important but I can't forget to have fun too.

I'm glad I'm taking time to have fun again.

Taking time to enjoy life is great. Personally and as part of a family. Those happy memories will help shape your son’s outlook on life and help give them strength and wisdom.

My wife does not want to admit that she can learn something from you. My wife is always anxious. She doesn't know when it's time to "be off the clock," relax and have fun. I tell her all the time that I don't know how she is going to out-live me. (She says she won't)

I'm in a christian trad wives group and I shared a post on this. Ill recap.

Its important to unlearn urgency: hiked up shoulders, shallow breathing or halted breathing, feeling like everything has to be done right that instant, the overwhelm, the dread.

Even if a task or child has to wait 30 seconds for you to breathe properly or two minutes for you to use the bathroom, most of the time that task or child will still be okay.

Let a baby fuss while you finish a real breakfast. I don't neglect my little ones but them experiencing a minute of frustration won't harm them.

But it will harm a woman if she never lets out the breath she's holding. That steady stream of stress is unsustainable and leads to burn out or even psyche ward visits.

I have a newborn and a toddler. I eat real cooked meals, take vitamins, showers, do my hair, dress decent, and use glitter pens. You can't just go go go all the time. It will break you down.

Disney Cinderella is seen as outdated by some but her approach to her chores is actually the best one. Sing, turn music on, light a candle...less Hebrew slave mentality, more Disney princess.

Life is a journey and it takes many years to be transformed into what God wants us to be but he will get us there.

Now that I've given birth, I have a goal to lose about 50 lbs.

I will do it for my husband and children.

For my husband because he hyped me up and never complained when I was much bigger.

For my children to be a great example and turn exercise into a fun bonding experience.

I plan to keep improving. I call it: Mission Virtuous Bombshell
