Sorry, only those in Him are the saved of Israel. Your dream of a future fulfillment of what Romans 11 tells us, which in actual fact started being fulfilled nearly 2,00 years ago and is being fulfilled until the return of Christ, is your own pipe-dream.

Israel is being saved every time a Jewish person repents and turns to faith in Christ and is grafted back into Israel, as well as every time a Gentile repents and turns to faith in Christ and is grafted into Israel among the believing Jewish remnant, thanks to the Deliverer who came out of Zion and made a new covenant with Jacob in the day He took away their (and our) sins, nearly 2,000 years ago.

People today aren't as wicked as they were before Christ came. Human beings were much worse before then. In his gospel, John says that Jesus is the light of the world, and he attempted to lead the world to Life. (with a capital 'L').

Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”​

In many discernable ways, wherever Jesus influenced the world, the amount of evil and wickedness decreased. The more people walked in the light of Jesus, the less evil could spread and wreak havoc. But Jesus warned his disciples that the world would not always have his light.

John 12:35-36

So Jesus said to them, “For a little while longer the Light is among you. Walk while you have the Light, so that darkness will not overtake you; he who walks in the darkness does not know where he goes. While you have the Light, believe in the Light, so that you may become sons of Light.”​

Today, the world is walking in darkness because the world hates the truth and those who are walking in darkness don't know where they are going. And the more they continue to walk in darkness, the more likely that the darkness will over take them.
