I think believers often forget this. Judgment begins in the house of God. There will be many surprises...many tears and a lot of anger...based on those who thought their salvation was forever settled by a superficial religious transaction (much of modern Christendom).

The GWT judgment will indeed send many to the lake of fire...all those who are not written in the Book of Life. But what you are missing is that those who are indeed written in the Book of Life will inherit life.


That's not the problem. Naming and claiming will only bring you condemnation when all is brought to the light. People deny the power of the cross by avoiding it at all costs...in order to preserve their "saved" lives. Instead, many claim to be "positionally" (theoretically) crucified with Christ as a religious contrivance. Such are reserved for judgment at the Bema seat. Repentance is now.

In your scheme you justify yourself for your beliefs in "what the cross did". As if knowing about the cross is by a special saving (Gnostic) knowledge. Demons also know what the cross did. Religious arrogance will claim the benefit of the cross for itself...not realizing that judgment is coming. We will all be judged against what we have believed, what we have claimed to be, and what we have done with what we have been given.
