Not private property but public areas which have trees and brush. There's a lot of that out there. Many of these areas are near residential areas or in them. Have you seen the goats near your neighborhood? You said you have seen them around but aroubs what areas? Something they want to save?
This is just too big for it to be an accident. And we have to know that 99% of what we hear about it is lies, But what we do know for sure is that L.A. is burning and their reservoir was empty on purpose.
Alot of affluent areas of homes are
built into the canyons which are good for fires. Also, we don't get much rain unless it's an El Nino year. Since the wildfires started
during high winds, the embers were flown great distances to start new fires. And the aircrafts fighting fires were
unable to fly during the strong winds so the fires got out of control.
Los Angeles is by the ocean to fill up water dropping aircraft. We are not dependent on one reservoir.
I have personally seen goat herds clearing brush on a hilly park, downtown Los Angeles.
Also, the news often shows goat herds clearing brush on hilly terrain near homes. And some home owners with hilly back yards sometimes hire the goats.
Also maintenance crews clear brush in more level areas.
Winds are going to get stronger again tonight....but not as strong as when the fires first started.
