Awww Bless her, now that young lady is going to adopt the black cat in the garden depot.

Then he showed that water area where he said it’s a breeding ground for the cats...

If the government focused more on solving this problem with cats...there wouldn’t be any need for this type of thing to happen, we have nothing like this in the U.K.

I don’t get it, I really don’t.

Many rescue groups promote spaying and neutering. Some cities are better at trying to do that than others.

I've heard of "workplace cats", people bring in food to share and litter boxes (I'm not sure about veterinary care). But the cat belongs to no specific person. Just roams around - keeping mice down I presume.
