Welcome to the forum, Tammy. I hope you will find comfort in our Lord in your trial, may he bring you peace and restore to you the joy of salvation. Though it has been a few years, I am still grieving the unexpected loss of my dearly beloved husband. Our Heavenly Father doesn't promise us temporal happiness for reasons that are known only to Him, but He does reconcile us to Him in Jesus and thereby brings us a peace which the world cannot give.
