My name is Lesley and I live in Rhyl North Wales U.K.

I have saved as a child but went away from God in my teens, then when I was married with children I went back to Church and renewed my relationship with the Lord, over the last 5 years I have had problems and sorry to say went away from God again, last Sunday I turned back to God and went to Church for the first time in years.
I have been spending to much time on Facebook and silly internet games so went looking for a Christian forum instead and found this one, hoping I we learn more about God and the Bible while on here. :-)

Wow!!! what a lovely welcome Angeline thanks, love the Cymru am byth! did not expect that LOL.
My son is in the R.A.F. and follows the rugby, he and his wife go to as many games as they can, he was at his base for their last game and was gutted to say the least with the result :-)

Lesley, I have a fairly funny story for you. My grandmother spent many years telling us (and anyone else...) how Irish we were.

A couple years ago the ancestry bug bit me and I started doing research which eventually lead me to a professor who had done most of it for me already. Come to find out, we're not exactly Irish. We draw from Welsh descent. I know precious little about Welsh history. I purchased an over-arching history but haven't read it just yet. Perhaps you can teach me some things.
