Do you work out at the gym? I’ve been weight lifting for over 40 years. It’s a great way to stay in shape.
I did try a gym a few times but it wasn't for me. I preferred walking.

Re: Buddhism, Jesus said "by your patience possess your souls" (from memory) - if Buddhists possess their souls by patience, they will be in Heaven (maybe not as much 'Heaven' but still).
Again as Jesus said "there will be many from the East and West that will sit down with Me in Heaven" (from memory)
