Rather when i remind about that , its WE ARE BORN OF THE SPIRIT . AS IF SOMEHOW
that contradicts the YE MUST BELIEVE IN HIM PART and that all the born again HAVE CONFESSED HIM AS THE CHRIST .
SOMETHING has went wrong .
EPI has long defended oprah wimphrey . OPRAH says she believes JESUS is the CHRIST
but that it is not necessary for OTHERS TO BELEIVE .
IN EFFECT this makes oprah FALSE . oprah beleives GOD is working through all relgoins , AS DOES EVENTHE POPE
and all of interfaith . IN other words THEY USE THE NAME OF JESUS TO LIE TO EVERYONE .
i am very worried for many people . Rather they use the word SPIRIT and while stating a truth
of being born again BY THE SPIRIT they omit the BELIEVE in JESUS PART .
in other words they BELIEVE GODS HOLY SPIRIT is at work and working through any one in any religoin
if they doing good works , if they etc etc etc , somehow performing the golden rule , EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT
beleive JESUS TOBE THE CHRIST . rather odd . THEY ACTUALLY BELIEVE
these non beleivers , these false satanic religions are performing the golden rule .
IMPOSSIBLE . HOW can one LOVE GOD with all their heart , all their soul , IF THEY DENY JESUS TO BE CHRIST .

We are to test everything against the truth of God's Word (Acts 17:11) and stand firm in the faith once delivered to the saints (Jude 1:3).

Salvation is linked to both confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in His resurrection.

Belief in Jesus as the Christ is a mark of being born of God.

Jesus is the exclusive means of salvation.

Jesus makes it clear that belief in Him is necessary to avoid spiritual death.

Belief in Christ is a requirement for salvation, while disbelief leads to condemnation.

Salvation is by grace through faith in Christ, not by works.

It's good to hear from a true believer. Thank you for your post. And I notice you are actually using a real Concordance to get at the actual meaning of words...which many here have no sense in doing (seeing they ONLY look for a human carnal agenda while ignoring the truth as much as possible). And you are so right about it being God's doing to place us IN Christ to walk where He is...and as He walked here on Earth. Too many have downgraded the gospel to being a mere cover-up for a life that is alien to God...justifying a walk according to the flesh while denying the power of the gospel to "take away" all sin (render powerless) from the life of the believer. Truly the grace of God is powerful to make overcomers of us. Truly the blood of Christ gives us His life in holiness.

Either we are walking in the kingdom of God without sin. Or else we live in a world where sin reigns and all we can do is try minimizing its power over us.

And what is this liberty that we are not to use as a cloak or license to sin? It is being set free from the debt of sin.......as per the parable. Forgiveness is being set free from the bondage of sin...the debt of it. Whole counsel of God is needed with these things, not just one side of the coin.
