So, the fullness of the Godhead dwelt inHim bodily-- ty Charity, check the rest maybe, for self-testifying tho--yet He asks why anyone calls Him good. Hmm.

Are there no "good habits"? If God is in the person keeping him on that pathway or showing how to do something habitually, is that that habit in that person, good?

no confusion. see time ran out for man at the cross. we're in a Grace period. don't you know that the last days was over two thousand years ago? scriptures. Hebrews 1:1 "God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
Hebrews 1:2 "Hath in these last days spoken unto us by [his] Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds". please note a thousand years is like a day to God, so Jesus if you look at it from God point of view the Lord Jesus haven't been gone only a couple days ... (smile).

It doesn't say when the world was founded. It just says the Lamb was slain before that.

Its just a really odd way that God speaks sometimes, a little like...its already happened, because He already knows what the end is, since its going to happen exactly as He has planned. Trying to think of another instance where He spoke that way but I'd have to go digging for it. I think I noted it a few times in the prophets.

Romans 4:17 "(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, [even] God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

God called Abram a Father before he was a Father.

A good question indeed! Was Moses called to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt? Was Moses told to "lead" in the following verse or does "bring forth" mean something else?

When did the children of Israel move? At Moses direction or command or was the leading done as per this verse?

That thing of "leading" could mean being a boss and just recently I spoke against it on another thread. God alone is the only fully qualified leader when it comes to traveling along the highway of holiness [see Isaiah 35:8]...
