We are not being flooded, we do have boats coming in and it is and has been an issue for years - but get it in to prospective - ‘ flooding ‘ is the wrong word.
As for the guy that stupidly climbed the tower - the media played right into his little game , publicity.

If they would have ignored the guy on the tower...just let him alone and get cold up there, he would come down. Many people in the comments were saying that.
