There actually was a guy yesterday walking down the sidewalk in shorts. It was 32F

They do it here too, as soon as there's a bit of sunshine on go the shorts and arms are bared.

Even in below zero [Fahrenheit] weather, I have yet to see my son-in-law put on a jacket or sweater. He did switch from shorts to long pants while I have been wearing layers of clothing on all parts of my body.
