Lol, that gave me my first chuckle of the morning ( it’s 5:45 in the morning and I have to get ready for an 8hour shift in the carehome. Working with a pulled muscle in my left leg and a damaged manicus in my right knee, I need the laughs right now !! )

My right knee gave out on me about 5weeks ago and I twisted it, which in turn damaged the meniscus. I wore a knee brace at work but because I was walking awkwardly it put pressure on the hamstring muscles at the top of my left leg, and those muscles got pulled. At first I couldn’t walk without pain and had to be signed off work for two weeks. ( we don’t get sick pay ) I returned two weeks ago ,still wearing a knee brace and neither injuries have healed yet. I can get a through a shift with the help of two cocodamol pain relief. It’s just going to take time.

Oh yes, now I do remember this! Oh Rita, why haven't you gone for ex-rays, treatment from a doctor? It isn't gonna get better on it's own I'm sure you know.
