Yeah, here in the USA we had a bird flu outbreak, if I remember right they killed millions of chickens. Now we have an egg shortage so the price is really high on eggs right now.
We had it here too and the price of eggs - if you could find any - rocketed.

We use between 40-50 eggs per week... Crazy expensive! Hoping by spring to have a coup and of course laying and meat hens. ;)
