Whenever I see that KingJ has responded to one of my posts, I know I'm about to get a good laugh....and this sure didn't disappoint.

Whenever I see that you have posted something, I know I'm about to read an atheists opinion or type of insult....you didn't surprise this time either.

I guess its because I didn't leave much room for you to run. But then your statement was 100% atheist like.

But as it stands, in parts of the US you can fire an employee, deny them housing, deny them visitation, deny them access to services, etc. and openly say "It's because you're gay". And I guess I don't understand your "if they really want to" comment. Does that mean anti-discrimination laws in employment are useless?

Brendan Eich's biggest mistake was apologizing for his beliefs.

I checked Brendan Eich's website shortly after hearing the story, and I wasn't surprised to find the standard, maudlin, self-flagellating apology that people often make in those situations.

And I knew what the outcome would be: He'd lose his job.

Never compromise with the sodomite agenda.

When will people learn? Once the media starts criticizing you for saying something politically-incorrect, they will not stop until you lose your job and prestige within mainstream society.

The apology will make no difference in keeping your job or status. They do not forgive.

Those types of apologies are a waste; and if you believe in a certain principle then you shouldn't be apologizing for it in the first place.

At least by not apologizing, you can be happy that you stood by your principles.

I believe that everyone has a right to earn an income.
