Sometimes I forget to enlarge the font. But I will try to do better!

I noticed it will also bounce you back to the small one when you actually post sometimes, but you just have to edit the post right afterwards and it will work just fine.

And look at it this way: While you're at it, you can play with the colors and then bold it, to reflect your mood for the day. Yippie, LoL.

There's a nice happy pumpkin for Thanksgiving! :tangerine: (That's supposed to be a pumpkin btw, but a peach will do in this case).

There's purple for sad days, when life is dealing you a bad hand, and you feel like sour grapes. :grapes:

And you can have green or red for Christmas. Horray!!! xmast1

Note: Not sure what this smiley is, btw. Looks like they are hitting each other over the head with presents.
Oh I see. They're dancing they're so happy. Cool!:dncingxmas

Lately I'm having trouble enlarging the font because once I highlight the paragraph, the copy paste thing will obstruct the font size. I'll try again now... sometimes it works.

do you mean the font size of the letters in the post? If so, I'm loving it! I can't remember how it was before but I came to this site today and I felt so good with the forum and my eyes!

Yes, the font size in the post. Sometimes it gets obscured when I try to change the size.
Sometimes the copy paste appears right over where the font sizing is....so then I have to let it remain as the default size.

@Angelina The default size of the font is very small. Is it possible for the site to use 18 as the default?

In my above post, the bigger type is size 18.

Deb, click on your User Name at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then click "Preferences", then "Font size" and then "Large" or "Extra Large", and then "Save"

Hey @Debp. Otherwise, you could use your browser's zoom function—press ctrl and + to increase size or press ctrl and - to decrease size. Alternatively, you could use the features within the post window each time you want to increase or decrease; however, that can be annoying and only good for those who read it hmmx1:

I'll try what @Lambano suggested.

I have an Android tablet so no Ctrl + that I know of.

I had been using the font size in the post.... however the copy paste started to appear once I highlighted the text, so then I couldn't get to the font size, as copy paste was over it.

What Lambano suggested is easier, too. @Nancy

@amadeus and any others out there who have bad eyesight...do you all know how to use this feature to make text larger? If so, I would rather not annoy others with the large text...?
I know it is annoying to several others who have commented on it and would be more than happy to use regular text.

I find the font size you use much easier to read than the smaller ones. In fact I am using it now, (22) and it looks like a Font size 12 in my word processor program.

Thank you David!
Are you using a computer? If so, it is very easy to make the font larger by holding the "ctrl" tab (usually bottom left) as you scroll the mouse wheel upwards...it will automatically largen the font size, as Angelina has said. Can you maybe try this? Please let me know if you can do this.
God bless you much today!

Whatever is easiest or more convenient for you is OK with me. When I really want to read a post and it is too small or is too closely spaced I can increase it. Of course, sometimes being in too small of a font or being too closely spaced will cause me to skip it altogether.

Quick question. IF the words be truth then why does it bother one if they larger and easier to read .
Where is your heart, @amigo de christo? If you have truth to share, don't you care if people can actually read it?? Some people have trouble seeing smaller print. It has zero to do with not wanting the truth. It has to do with readability. Many times I skip your posts bc of the many words and run-on sentences, lack of punctuation ...making it hard to follow. Take a bit of time to make your posts readable and to the point so people don't have to decipher.

Ladies, please read what Lambano said. It is much easier than having to change the size in each post. Change the size in your preferences....then you don't have to keep changing the size each post.

I have this size as large in my preferences...it used to be medium, the default setting. I might even try the large in preferences to see how it looks.

I just switched to extra large in my preferences to see how it looks.

P.S. That's odd...it didn't get bigger...well, maybe just a tiny bit bigger. I just switched it back to large.

So it changes the font size for you, but not for others, apparently. It makes sense, though, bc then you can always get the font size you want. Correct me if I'm wrong. But your font looks like the site default to me.

Does my font size look a bit bigger to you in my post #36?

I noticed when you quoted me, the quote font size looks tiny.

It is tiny to me, and no different than the default.
