Jesus didn't do any of that. He changed people with love. He didn't call out sinners and humiliate them. He didn't find sinners repulsive.
Sure about that???
He had some very harsh things to say to the pharisees and sadducees
some parts of the church still treated gay people very badly
Should Christians welcome sexual perversion in their midst ???
You did understand that God's Word teaches those doing these things (sexual perversion, among other works of the flesh) shall NOT inherit the Kingdom right?
Galatians 5:19-21
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
So should we, who are the church, be showing them a better way? A way of love and kindness and acceptance. Just as Jesus did?
Do you think Jesus will allow the sex perverts in to His Kingdom?
No, He will not.... unless they turn away from their perversion and get born again and live without their perversion including the desire for perversion but not acting on it which is still iniquity to desire sinful behavior
Ephesians 4:22-24
put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Romans 13:14
put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
Colossians 3:10
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created Him:
2 Corinthians 6:17
come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
Pride is the trouble, I think!
Yep, the prideful Rejecting God's Word is a big problem... which is how so many "christians" today think it's OK to continue living in sin and it's all good and God accepts them and their sinful lifestyles
You approve of pride parades?
And the perversion of the rainbow by the funny people?
Oh--no--I'm not getting into this!
Real men speak in support of what God says in His Word... so if you can't run
with the big dogs then you'd better stay up on the porch with the pups!
Paul who considered himself chief of sinners
What kind of sin was Paul into???
Getting drunk? Smoking weed? Buying hookers? Gambling? Being a hit man on the side to earn extra cash?
Please do tell what all sin Paul was engaged in.
Are you implying the LGBTQ are in Jesus Christ?
Yep, many today claiming to be "christians" have been deceived by the devil in to believing that once can be a pervert and saved at the same time.
So when people engage in sinful behavior... it was their flesh out doing that and they had nothing to do with it?
After we are washed we are not to return to doing those things
The false grace peoples are coming for you!
They will tell you that you are teaching a works based gospel and by ceasing from sinful behavior you are trying to earn your salvation
