@TLHKAJ Often tattoos among Christians serve a double purpose of personal reminders and tools to project a witness message. The Lord brought her through it, and she got the tattoo as a reminder.
@Prayer Warrior You may not have anything further to add, but this is generally the point made also to @soul man.Adults can do what they want in regards to tattoos.

I have noticed however that lots of young girls have them and what is really noticeable is a huge amount are women say around their sixties .
From back: @Hidden In HimThe novelty has worn off in my book. And I've seen girls - beautiful girls tattoo themselves lavishly.
@Waiting on him As the parlors have been opening up again (clearly keen on making up for lost business), I saw in the window of a local parlor a notice which said - optimistically - "You need a tattoo"....As of lately everyone is having a hard time.
You should have went in and supported your community.@Waiting on him As the parlors have been opening up again (clearly keen on making up for lost business), I saw in the window of a local parlor a notice which said - optimistically - "You need a tattoo"....
On the one hand, they would say that, wouldn't they?
(On the other hand, it accurately expresses the law of supply and demand as regards tattoo services, doesn't it?)
@Waiting on him Perhaps you and Mrs. could consider doing so, too....(Just kidding...:) )You should have went in and supported your community.

Yes, it can be over the top. The many Christian women that do it usually have it done more carefully and sparingly, so that it's not over the top. It used to be a male sailor and biker thing, but definitely not any more, (exclusively, at least). Lavishly - like you say - isn't obligatory; maybe less is more.
He also said he had a propeller on each butt cheek but I declined too see.No he didn’t, but my grandfather had every one of these. View attachment 10744
@Waiting on him These days visibility would also depend on the design of the swimwear, but again one declines to give visible examples...He also said he had a propeller on each butt cheek but I declined too see.
